Illuga is made to pair with Zibai. Columbina/Aino can also be slotted in for Ascendant Gleam if you don't have him!

Due to her A4 Passive, Zibai's teammates are typically all Geo/Hydro.

Zibai leveled to 90/90 for maximum DEF and her Ascension Stat (CRIT DMG %)

Notes:

• Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
• With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
• The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
• This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
• Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for maximum DEF and CRIT DMG) & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
• Potentially frees up resin that may be spent on talent domains to farm artifacts instead
