✦ Short Overview - Luna is back! ✦
With the release of 8.7, Lunar Vow: Crimson Love got a new weapon and Stigmata set.

With the release of 8.7, Lunar Vow was buffed with a new divine key and Stigmata set.
Divine Key: [Pact of Companionship: Evermore]
Stigmata: Uncrowned Autocrat set: [Julius Ceaser (TMB)]
These gears alter her kit to give Luna access to the Astral Ring system. This entire guide expects you to have these new gears.

✦ How to Obtain? ✦
Luna will not have a supply during 8.7. If you do not have her, you can obtain her for 1680 B-Chips during the first 4 weeks of the patch.
Her new new gears will get its first supply during 8.7 though:

You're guaranteed to get her weapon within 60 pulls.
Meanwhile you're guaranteed to get one of her Stigmata or her Weapon ever 10 pulls.
On the global servers, this supply releases on March 5th and ends on March 20th.

Typing: Lightning / PSY
AR Protection: Grail of Infinitude (GoI)
Additional AR tag: Symbiosis (GoI) / Heavenly Shift (LoA)
Stellar Drain Intensity Regeneration: 10, +10 if LoA/GoI is active
Special ATK: Ultimate
(Note: This ATK consumes her Stellar Drain, resets switch CD, etc.)
GoI SP Regeneration (SO): 140 (Special ATK) / 128 (Finisher)
GoI max SP increase: 200
DMG dealt by QTE, Weapon Skill and Ultimate is counted as Bleed DMG. Pretty much anything she does inflicts Bleed Trauma, so I won't bother writing it every time.
✧ New leader skill ✧
When choosing Luna as leader...
✧ Grail of Infinitude is activated
✧ AR Intensity: 175; SO duration: 30s; CD: 27s
✧ Luna gets buffed with each additional character with Symbiosis tag
✧ At 3 Symbiosis characters, Luna obtains self Breach
✧ New QTE ✧
Triggered when enemy is Time-Slowed or when a Weapon Skill or Ultimate is cast.
Luna's QTE can no longer be held and was changed to a pretty generic QTE. When it hits, Luna's SP are instantly restored to 150 if below.
✧ New Ultimate ✧
Tap [ULT] to use Luna's Ultimate
CD: 6s | SP: 150
Using this ATK instantly restores her Biting Mark and forcibly enters Frenzy Mode.
✧ Astral Ring: Grail of Infinitude ✧
Mei has the usual skills every GoI character gets:
If Mei is not the leader the next Ultimate after QTE entry costs 0 SP, this effect is lost on exit.
If Mei is the leader teammates wih Symbiosis tag (Grail of Infinitude Support tag) using their Ultimate resets Mei's switch CD and triggers her QTE.

➤ Stellar Outburst
Tap the AstralOP Ultimate to enter Stellar Outburst for 30s.
Astral Ring Intensity: 175 | Duration / CD: 30s + 27s
After entering Stellar Outburst all teammates share their SP.
The max SP equals the sum of all teammates' max SP + 200. The initial SP are 60% of the max SP.
➤ Shining Trace / Facet of Infinitude
If Luna is the leader each Weapon Skill slash costs 100 SP. Ending Frenzy costs 300 SP.
SP consumed by teammates are converted into "Shining Trace". Teammates with Symbiosis tag triggering Ultimate for the first time restores additional 300 Shining Trace.
The current amount of Shining Trace is shown around the SP bar.
The white frame shows her current Shining Trace. Shining Trace caps at 900 and is reset once reaching the cap to trigger Facet of Infinitude. Triggering Facet of Infinitude provides additional buffs (up to 3 stacks provide these buffs).
➤ Finisher
During Stellar Outburst, Luna's Ultimate will be replaced by her Finisher after ending Frenzy. Tap [ULT] right after ending the Frenzy state to use it.
Using this ATK will instantly end Stellar Outburst if Luna is the leader.
✦ Divine Key Synergies ✦
After getting the divine key multiple times, it can be synergised, for up to Synergy rank 3.

Synergy Rank 1:
✧ All Valkyries gain 10 ATK. Tune the divine key to obtain this ATK.
✧ +10% Total DMG
✧ +6.5% Total DMG vulnerability for all team members
✧ 7 AR Intensity per AR rotation (leader only)
Synergy Rank 2:
✧ All Valkyries gain 15 ATK. Tune the divine key to obtain this ATK.
✧ +20% Total DMG
✧ +13% Total DMG vulnerability for all team members
✧ 9 AR Intensity per AR rotation (leader only)

✧ All Valkyries gain 20 ATK. Tune the divine key to obtain this ATK.

➤ Analysis
Luna's synergy DMG increases are pretty average, just like other synergies.
It's important to note that Luna needs Synergy 3 for her first rotation to not feel clunky, as only with +3 she ends up at 175 Intensity at the end of her first rotation.
However, what makes this weapon stand out is the divine key ATK, which buffs all of your characters.
Overall, synergy 1 works fine and synergies aren't required. The only time where I can recommend pulling for them is if you can afford it without skipping anything else that's new and want to compete in Nirvana.
✦ Note on Affixes ✦
Until now, Luna's best affixes were Lightning DMG.
THIS IS NO LONGER TRUE!!
As many of her multi-hit attacks were changed to singular hits, ATK outdoes Lightning DMG by a fair bit with her new weapon. Do not waste your ressources on Lightning DMG affixes.
✦ Support Potential ✦
✧ Analysis ✧
Well firstly, it's important to say that her general Support potential is rather low. However, she has niches in which she's really good.
As in part 1, she buffs Lightning more than other elements. while she doesn't provide Elemental Breach anymore, she provides high Lightning DMG making her a really good option to support the PAWS.
Additionally, she's an increadibly good Bleed support. Luna increases the max Bleed stacks to 10 in Law of Ascension, providing a significant DMG buff for Sushang. Therefore, Luna will most definitely end up in Sushang's best in slot team instead of Vita.
Overall, she's rather limited to those two niches. If she's your best option though, of course she's still a good unit to complete your Law of Ascension and Grail of Infinitude teams.

Luna can be placed in any team where the main DPS (leader) has either the Grail of Infinitude tag or Law of Ascension tag.
However, she's best for Peregrine Sword and Planar Armament: Warped Spacetime.
Astral Ring Charging (Any Specialization):
LV QTE > Ultimate
Stellar Outburst (Grail of Infinitude):
LV QTE > Ultimate
*Her full rotation would be QTE > Ultimate x2. Generally not used if the SP aren't needed.
Stellar Outburst (Law of Ascension):
LV Stellar Shift > Ultimate*
*Only use the Ultimate if you need it to reset Support CDs.

✦ Conclusion ✦
Should you pull Luna's new divine key?
As expected of a divine key, her coverage in abyss/MA is horrible. She has like two bosses that'll probably rerun once a patch.
The real value of the divine key is the 10~20 ATK. This ATK buff affects all your characters and divine keys stack up. Also it's only 60 pulls at max for synergy 1. So if you have pulls left after Mei, she definitely is a good pull for that.
Support wise she at least has her niche and isn't entirely useless as it's common with divine keys. While Helia and Sushang don't get many abysses, it's still nice to see her have any support value.
If you're a returner/beginner and just came back for Mei I highly recommend it as long as you got Luna from the event. While she might not be the best support, she's way better than no Part 2 Symbiosis character at all and cheaper than other Valkyries. This way you can build a team for Mei more quickly :)
