BUDGET LINNEA GUIDE
Linnea is a 5-Star Bow Support & Sub-DPS character - She can heal, provide Geo RES Shred, and off-field Lunar-Crystallize DMG! While she is centered around the Lunar-Crystallize Reaction, she still seems like a great Geo Support character to have as she fills multiple roles!
WEAPON OPTIONS
If you have any 5-Star CRIT Weapons available, Linnea can use them to increase her personal DMG!
Alternatively, if you plan on using her with Furina, an ER weapon can work if Linnea is the only healer on the team.
ARTIFACTS
4pc Silken Moon's Serenade can be equipped to buff the team's EM and Lunar DMG if no one else on the team can hold it, but 4pc Aubade is better for her Lunar-Crystallize DMG

Linnea is great with Lunar-Crystallize focused characters like Zibai, Columbina, and Illuga
However she can also Support older Geo DPS characters by providing Geo RES Shred (ideal if they are slotted into Lunar-Crystallize teams)
TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS
Linnea leveled to 90/90 for Max DEF and her Ascension Stat (CRIT Rate %)
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for additional CRIT Rate/max DEF) & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- Potentially frees up resin that may be spent on talent domains to farm artifacts instead
