Noelle is a 4-Star Claymore character who mainly functions as an on-field DPS character with healing capabilities!

DPS Noelle prefers having at least one Geo teammate to help get her Burst back (Double Geo, Triple Geo, or even Mono Geo).

• Chiori/Albedo for off-field DMG, Linnea as Sub-DPS/Buffer
• Other buffers like Illuga/Gorou/Xilonen
• Ningguang/Navia as a Quickswap teammate for some extra damage

TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS

Noelle leveled to 90/90 for her Ascension Stat (DEF %) and extra Base DEF. While her Skill has the lowest Talent Priority, it is still important to level her up to increase her healing and Shield Absorption, especially if you are using her with Furina!

Notes:

• Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
• With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
• The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
• This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
• Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for maximum DEF) & talent levels 8 / 8 / 8
• Potentially frees up resin that may be spent on talent domains to farm artifacts instead
