BUDGET NAVIA GUIDE
Navia is a 5-Star Claymore DPS character whose kit revolves around the Crystallize reaction and can deal a ton of Skill DMG! Her NAs have Geo Infusion from her A1 or you can play her as more of a Quickswap character.

Navia needs Geo and off-field Elemental Teammates to help apply Elements -> generate Crystallize Shards
Bennett, Durin, Furina, and Xilonen are great Support characters for Navia.

Navia leveled to 80/90 due to her Ascension Stat (CRIT DMG %)
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/90 (for additional CRIT DMG) & talent levels 8 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (418 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
