BUDGET PRUNE GUIDE
Prune is a 4-Star Catalyst Support character who can buff your team's DMG (A4) and Flat ATK (C6), but excels at buffing Hexerei Swirl characters (currently only Varka and Venti) by giving them 30% ATK (Witch's Eve Rite Passive).

Although Prune is ideal for Hexerei Swirl characters, she can effectively be the VV Flex Slot in virtually any team as she increases the team's DMG based on her ATK. At C6, it is better if the team has an ATK scaling DPS. Without Hexerei: Secret Rite, she won't receive the 60% ATK from A4, which will make her DMG buff lower but can still be used for RES Shred on the VV Artifact Set!
TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS
Prune leveled to 90/90 for Maximum Base ATK and her ATK % Ascension. Talents are left unleveled as they do not affect / increase her buffing capabilities
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for maximum ATK) & talent levels 1 / 1 / 1
- Frees up resin that may be spent on talent domains to farm artifacts instead
