hi everyone mineciel here,
Ineffa is an Electro support/sub dps who combines shielding, off-field Electro application, and Lunar-Charged support. Birgitta is an important part of her kit, as she can consistently deal AoE Electro DMG and trigger additional attacks when there are thunderclouds created by Lunar-Charged reactions. This makes Ineffa highly suitable for Lunar-Charged teams, particularly as a character who provides protection while increasing the frequency of Electro-related damage.
