TEAM COMPS

Vesna is made for Stellar Swirl teams, so most of her teammates will be Cryo/Anemo Support and off-field applicators. Hopefully the teammate pool can expand in the future!

• Cryo: Odette, Escoffier, Diona, Qiqi, Layla, Cryo Traveler, Rosaria,
• Anemo: Faruzan, Sucrose, Venti, Jean, Prune
• Other Support: Vodyanitsa, Nicole (with Hexerei teammate)

TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS

Vesna leveled to 80/90 due to her Ascension Stat (CRIT Rate %)

Notes:

• Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
• With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
• The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
• This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
• Materials for ascending the character to level 80/90 (for additional CRIT Rate) & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
• In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (418 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
• It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead

These are the concepts behind the Budget Guides and I hope it can help some of you!
