Mitya is a 5-Star Catalyst character who primarily deals Stellar-Conduct DMG. He can be played as an on-field/Quickswap DPS (Hold Skill and Special CAs) or off-field Sub-DPS/Support (Tap Skill).

RECOMMENDATIONS
You can level up both his NA and Skill for more flexibility on which build you want to go with! Or you can pick one between Skill/NA if you know which playstyle you will stick with.
TEAM COMPS
Providing examples of Stellar-Conduct teams as those are the most ideal for Mitya.
If you're using him off-field, you can also consider him in Lunar-Charged teams as he can apply Electro and give the team up to 120 EM (A1)
TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS
Mitya leveled to 90/90 due to his EM scaling and Ascension Stat (CRIT DMG %)
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for additional CRIT DMG) & talent levels 8 / 8 / 1
- Potentially frees up resin that may be spent on talent materials to farm artifacts instead
These are the concepts behind the Budget Guides and I hope it can help some of you!
