Good morning Captains! Today we will be looking into the mechanics of Disciplinary Perdition, Aponia's debut battlesuit. Disciplinary Perdition is a powerful BIO-type Lightning DPS battlesuit introduced in v5.7. Please read below for details, capabilities, and other weapon alternatives.

Disciplinary Perdition is a powerful BIO-type Lightning DPS character. She is one of the best Ranged Lightning DPS valkyries in the game. Her unique playstyle enables other valkyries to spend more time on the field. She has top scores on all these bosses listed below.

✦ Battlesuit overview

Disciplinary Perdition is one of the best Lightning DPS Valkyrie. Her main usage is on Ranged and Lightning weather. However, her team lineup is not that flexible.

Disciplinary Perdition is not free-to-play friendly. You need to at least have her weapon and a geared Eden to fully utilize her in the higher brackets.

- Ultimate Skill - This Sin, Inexorable

SP:100 | CD:20S

Rain down destruction from above, dealing 14x180% + 1280% ATK of Lightning DMG to all enemies. All in-game timers are paused during the animation. Using Combo ATK buffs Aponia's Total DMG by 27%(S0) -> 35%(SS1) for 4 seconds. Using Ultimate buffs Aponia Total DMG by 20% for 12 seconds.

- Passive - This Life, Ascetic

Aponia has a special bar above her health named [Redemption]. It starts at 0 and caps at 200. Aponia can recover her [Redemption] bar in 3 ways:

1. Basic Attack's 3rd and 4th sequence restore 10 and 25 [Redemption] respectively.

2. If a teammate paralyzes an enemy, Aponia recovers 40 [Redemption] and triggers her QTE.

3. When [Redemption] is empty, tap the weapon active to enter [Conviction] state. In [Conviction] state, Aponia restores 5 [Redemption] every second.

- Combo Attack - Good and Evil, Absolute

When [Redemption] is full, hold [ATK] to enter [Predictor's Sentence]. While in [Predictor's Sentence], Aponia releases thunderstorms that deal 16x125% ATK of Lightning DMG. When [Redemption] falls to 0, Aponia exits [Predictor's Sentence] state and unleashes [Inhibitor's Adjudication] to deal 1850% ATK of Lightning DMG.

- Evasion Skill - This Soma, Reincarnated

CD:15S | TF: 2.5S

Triggering the ultimate evasion skill makes enemies take 11%(S0) -> 14%(S2) bonus Lightning DMG from her.

She can trigger her ultimate evasion skill in 4 ways.

- Dodging an enemy attack.

- Entering [Conviction] state.

- Entering [Predictor's Sentence] state.

- If a teammate paralyzes an enemy.

Disciplinary Perdition Basic ATK pattern has 4 attack sequences dealing (in order from the first to the last sequence) 3x65%/6x25%/65%+80%/250% ATK of Lightning DMG. Basic Attack's 3rd and 4th sequence restore 10 and 25 [Redemption] respectively.

- QTE Skill - Sinful, Henceforth

QTE is triggered when an enemy is time-slowed or paralyzed. Causes a 3-second time fracture, deals 3x100%+4x150%+765% ATK of Lightning DMG, and restores 6 SP to self.

Aponia is not flexible in terms of team compositions. Her damage output relies heavily on how much your Eden is geared and how well you can play her. Nowadays Fischl/Zhenyi is pretty much the backbone of all Lightning teams, so she is irreplaceable.

Zeno

- Zeno [T] and [B] are the key stigmata pieces of this set.

-However, the 3 pieces equip bonus is crucial for Aponia's performance.

- Zeno is not recommended for other Lightning DPS Valkyries.

Can't give a clear conclusion when there is a herrscher patch right around the corner. All I can say is, if you're F2P, skip Aponia. If you're a whale, just leave her at SS. Looking for something to pull for the spending event? pull the SP gear banner. SP valkyrie's weapon and stigmata are much more critical than a half geared Aponia.
