✦ INTRODUCTION
Handel is the new G4 Lightning stigma added in 5.7.
✦ Handel is the new general-purpose Lightning stigma that can be used by any Lightning DPS and support! Think of it as a free-to-play Zhenyi can support and dps.
✦ In 5.7, you get a free Handel stigma box. If you pull Eden's gear supply for her gun, you might even get more Handel~
✦ STIGMA EFFECT
Take your time to read the stigma effects
1. When used as DPS, Handel set provides: Total DMG +50%, Lightning DMG +150%, makes enemies take 10/35% more Lightning DMG and give host 10+ sp recovery.
2. As support, it provides: Total DMG +20%, Lightning DMG +30% to teammates on the field, and makes enemies take 10/35% more Lightning DMG for 20s. And again, 10+ sp recovery for the host.
3. TMB: Has simple trigger conditions: QTE, weapon skill, use Combo/Charge. With 2PC, Ultimate activates all single-piece enhancements.
4. 3-PC: Requires 60/120 sp to activate 10/35% Lightning DMG. Only a few Lightning valks have >120 sp to activate the full effect: Eden and Herrscher of Thunder.
WHICH PART TO GET FIRST?
✦ Handel works best with a full set. If you plan to pull Eden gear supply, you might get some Handel pieces. With the free box, you should have no problem getting a full Handel set.
✦ However, if you have no plan to pull, get Handel TB - it has sp regen and can be used as both support and DPS. Or go for Handel MB for more damage.
✦ DPS BUFF COMPARISON WITH OTHER STIGMA
✦ As you can see, Handel buffs are almost on par with other gacha stigmas. It has high buff, lightning dmg taken debuff, and sp recovery.
✦ Handel is actually stronger than Benares on Herrscher of Thunder. Check the DPS test section and result analysis for more info
✦ SUPPORT BUFF COMPARISON WITH OTHER STIGMA
✦Handel buffs are also comparable to other support stigmas, but still can’t match Zhenyi on Fischl (Electro so strong!)
✦ Handel also provides sp recovery to the host - a nice skill to have for any support.
✦ Handel only buffs team members on the field, but this shouldn’t be a big issue since all damage dealers are on the field when attacking.
✦ DO MULTIPLE HANDEL STIGMA STACK?
Very popular question. Can you use two Handel in the same team?
✦ Read Handel stigma effects. Which buffs cannot be stacked? You can see that only the effects from TOP and 3PC cannot be stacked. Which means....
✦ Handel MID, BOT (and 2PC MB) duplicates CAN BE USED in the same team. However, Handel's superior effects are T and 3pc so forging a second MB set is not a top priority. (see dps check section)

✦ HANDEL DPS CHECK
The damage check is done in 5.7 and 5.8 beta test stage
✦ Enemy is typeless mob
✦ External factors like Divine key buff, and emblem are kept constant throughout the test.
✦ ATK affix are maxed out (thanks beta for 23-23 atk affix)
✦ For Herrscher of Thunder, the test is done in 5.8 beta with the new Seven Thunders of Retribution PRI-ARM

A QUESTION
Riddle me this, captain. Based on the other valkyrie results, what would be the current best stigma for DPS Fallen Rosemary?
Previously it was ZhenyiTB Mei M (whatever M). In a team of Fischl full gear and Eden full gear, will FR’s best stigma be Handel dupe or still Zhenyi?
This should be easy by taking a look at Mobius and Aponia results.

✦ CONCLUSION
Handel is the new general-purpose Lightning stigma that can be used by any Lightning DPS and support. You get one free Handel stigma box in 5.7. Try to get at least one full set from Foundry or by pulling.
DPS:
- If supports do not use Handel, Aponia and Mobius can use full Handel set to get amazing results, although it won't reach the same potential as their signature stigma.
- If supports do not use Handel, on Herrscher of Thunder with the upcoming 5.8 Divine Key, this is her new best stigma set
- If support do use Handel, Handel MB dupes can be used, although with a worse result (still good tho).
SUPPORT:
- Handel set is the best stigma for Eden in most situations. If you only have one Handel copy, try to keep it on her.
- Handel set may be used on Fallen Rosemary, but it will not be as good as TurgenevTB. However, the sp recovery from Handel may be useful in certain situations.
- Handel set may be used on Fischl, but it will not be as good as Zhenyi. Please get Zhenyi. It's too strong.
