WEAPON SKILLS:
ACTIVE SKILL - PRIMARY COLOR
[SP Cost: 10] --- [CD: 20s]
Deploys the cross (Summoned entity): Its landing deals 400% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies, inflicts 6.0 Bleed Trauma, and sprays explosive paint, which deals 40% ATK of physical DMG to nearby enemies every 1.5 secs for 18 secs.
PASSIVE SKILL - FREE DYEING
Wielder's Combo ATK's and Ultimate's Total DMG increases by 25%,
Team's Physical DMG increases by 15% (cannot stack)

Trigger GRISEO's Ultimate evasion skill upon using this weapon.

WEAPON SKILLS:
ACTIVE SKILL - PRIMARY COLOR SURGE
[SP Cost: 10] --- [CD: 20s]
Deploys the cross (Summoned entity): its landing deals 600% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies, inflicts 10.0 Bleed Trauma, and sprays explosion paint, which deals 60% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies every 1.5 secs for 18 secs.
PASSIVE SKILL - FREE COLORING
Wielder's Combo ATK's and Ultimate's Total DMG increases by 35%
Team's Physical DMG increases by 20% (cannot stack).
PASSIVE SKILL - LIGHT and COLORS
Bleed DMG increases by 20%. Within 22 secs of casting weapon active, shield-broken or unshielded enemies take 8% bonus Physical DMG (triggering it again resets the duration). Wielder also gains the following one-time effect: Hitting a bleeding enemy will cause a paint explosion that deals 5*140% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies.

as well as this weapon's active skill upon QTE entry.

In this comparison, we used HoS as one of the supports in tandem with GRISEO and PE as our main DPS, since where only after the raw damage results
( Most probably Griseo's go-to Lineup...)

✓COMPARISON RESULTS
[VALKYRIE] - [STARRY IMPRESSION]
Ok regarding this, first of all the signature weapon itself specially on its PRI-ARM form, take's GRISEO to the next level, (I'm taking about Griseo's QTE quirk), now with the signature weapon, you are basically adding the Evade's 2secs Time Fracture + 1 Prismatic Bubble + extra SP from QTE entry and AUTO Cross drop in a single QTE event, just imagine the extra damage you can squeeze in the time you saved by that quirk alone.
Though for me the best substitute on the list here would be the "Zither's Lament" due to its passive skill somewhat similar or near to the signature weapon, (boosting the whole team's Physical DMG).
