Stigma without affix = 167~179 ATK (total from 3 pieces)
Total = 1393 ~ 1405 ATK
SSS Golden Diva
Margrave-TB + Tesla Band-M: 0.86 SP regen, no ATK affix
Handel-TMB: no SP affix, no ATK affix
SSS Prinzessin der Verurteilung
Zhenyi-TMB: no SP affix, no ATK affix

So it depends on rotation.
Handel: strongest in ultimate cycle, weak in non-ultimate cycle, highest SP regen.
Zhenyi: strongest in non-ultimate cycle, weak in ultimate cycle, weak SP regen.
Benares: between those two, not as strong as Handel in ultimate cycle, not as strong as Zhenyi in non-ultimate cycle, decent SP regen.
