Leader Skill
Surprisingly, with an A-rank, her Leader Skill is top tier in MA, of course you do have to rank up her to at least SS to compete with LE.
In Physical Team, Griseo is the first Valk providing Initial SP for her slot is irreplaceable in MA!
Passive Skill
ATK to gain same color | ULT to gain different colors
Of course, you do need full 3 different colors so always tapping ULT to gain full advantage!
Against BIO enemies, Griseo can also be really reliable! At S rank, she can use Ultimate right at the beginning of the battle! Also buff for Combo ATK!
Evasion Skill
Super Simple. Prismatic Bubble is a shield~
Also, when equipping her Signature weapon, she will trigger Ultimate Evasion along with QTE! Free 2s Time Fracture makes her even more valuable in MA!
From Elysian Astra: Heart's Color
Basic ATK
It's not likely to trigger Griseo's QTE throught Bleeding but her Ultimate (teammates can Bleed in certain duration) helps a lot to activate her QTE and immediately start another rotation!
HoS's Sword Combo can trigger it too! Griseo's QTE is really important in terms of SP recovery!
The 2nd sub-skill only usable in ER~ (But super gud in there believe me)
Combo ATK
More different colors more powerful Combo ATK!
As fully 3 distinguished colors are really essential, not only DMG but SP recovery, QTE which provides 3 colors is even more essential!
In A-rank, Griseo's SP restoration is pretty awful, S rank is the must! Or else she will lack lots of SP in Abyss!
Ultimate Skill
Her Ultimate can trigger Time Fracture, as the animation takes few seconds anyway! With the long duration of 18s, Griseo can use Ultimate before HoS in Physical Team for full advantage!
The Mixing buff can transfer to teammates is the best thing, more Total/Bleeding DMG for teammates! Clearly TP is her best duo due to the Bleeding ability!
S-rank leaves the big mark on her power, even off-field, her Ultimate does the rest of the job and it's super powerful, Griseo is a support but also a Sub-DPS~
SP Skill
A rank and SS rank concentrate on Bleeding while S rank and SSS rank focus on DMG buffs!
Griseo doesn't have any skill against shield, only Bleeding Shield. So normally she can perform her best with enemies have no shield!
The biggest gap is between Rank A and Rank S!
In S rank, you receive lots of extraordinarily powerful skills in terms of DMGing and SP recovery so it's the must!

Elysian Astra: Heart's Color
The most powerful weapon for Griseo, Bleed DMG buff/dealt and team permanent buff are fascinating and extremely appropriate for her!
Seriously in EX Tier you don't have any better choice but to roll for her signature Pri-arm.
In Master Tier, Zither's Lament surprisingly took the crown cuz of high DMG boost for team! Blood Embrace even though focusing on Bleeding, still has no chance!
Stigmatas
Cezanne Stigmata Set
Focusing on Bleed DMG, superior Physical Vulnerability from Combo ATK/Ultimate (exclusive) making Griseo being one of the best Support ever!
Cezanne already took all the podium! Without Cezanne, the DMG will drop a lot!
By operating with Mei M, you can blow up your DMG output easily cuz Griseo has multiple way to deal DMG off-field. Ceza TB Mei M is so powerful that it is almost or completely equal to Ceza TMB~
Holmes can also be an alternative choice besides Cezanne, of course Mei M is essential too! Shuijing is a fine selection!
Cezanne without Bot lost nearly everything so dropped to the lowest point, remember to get Bot at least!
Battlesuit Comparison
Both are super reliable Support/Sub-DPS!
Griseo is leaning on unshielded enemies while Carole concentrates on shields! With enemies like Otto in Abyss, Carole is better, however with enemies without shield like Jizo, Griseo is obviously better!
Griseo has bleeding ability to every stages Bleeding-related, she is the best!
In MA, Griseo also takes the crown with high Initial SP from herself and Leader Skill. Both has Time Fracture but Carole takes a bit longer to recover SP~
Carole can not mix with other DMG types Team cuz of QTE relies on Impairment whereas Griseo does this super well!
Overall, Carole took the crown against Shield enemies but Griseo is more flexible with numerous teams and stages she can cover!

Conclusion
Starry Impression is a Melee SP A-Rank Physical Support/Sub-DPS plays an essential role in terms of boosting DMG for team and dealing DMG off-field! Her unique playstyle focusing on Bleed DMG/Trauma to assist the team even when she leaves the field!
Griseo uses her Combo ATK and Ultimate for the majority of the time. Easily trigger the buffs and deal high DMG to enemies. She is excellent against enemies without shield opposite to Carole!
You can not say Griseo is gear independent but at least 2 pieces from the Stigmata with the must of her Pri-arm must be beautiful for your Red Lotus journey!
Griseo is free so no recommend to gacha, but good luck for her gear!
