Skills
[SP: 0][CD: 20s] Deploys the cross (summoned entity): Its landing deals 600% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies, inflicts 10 Bleed Trauma, and sprays explosive paints, which deals 60% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies every 1.5s for 18s. Starry Impression equip bonus: Triggers her Ultimate Evasion Skilll as well as weapon active on QTE entry.
Analysis
High DMG Dealt through time with explosive paints! Its shining point is the Bleed Trauma, as Griseo's buffs and DMG resource are from Bleed so it's super gud!
Griseo gains big advantage with exclusive skill! Saving time by automatically deploy the cross, its ability to trigger Ultimate Evasion Skill is awesome. Although her UES doesn't do much effect but Time Fracture in MA is very beneficial! When Griseo cannot trigger Ultimate for Time Fracture, her QTE saves the time!

Wielder's Combo ATK's and Ultimate's Total DMG increases by 35%. Team's Physical DMG increases by 20% (cannot stack)
Analysis
All the permanent buffs are great but have condition: Only Combo ATK not Charged ATK, Burst Mode cannot receive all advantage from Ultimate buff.
Team Buff is super beneficial, making Astra being one of the best choice for Physical Support!

Skills
Bleed DMG increases by 20%. Within 22s of casting weapon active, shield-broken or unshielded enemies take bonus 8% Physical DMG (triggering again resets duration). Wielder also gains the following one-time effect: Hitting a bleeding enemy will cause a paint explosion that deals 5x140% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies.
Analysis
Focusing on Bleed DMG, Griseo got big DMG boost however the rest valk get almost nothing 
Unshield enemies get Physical Vulnerability is extremely powerful too, especially for Griseo who already has numerous similar buffs in her kit!
The last effect is also useful for TP or LK as well besides Griseo!
Nearly everything got different, not only the number but the effect.
Bleed Trauma doesn't affect much but the high SP cost and disabled auto-cast are big problem for Astra 5* , really need Pri-arm!
Recommended Battlesuits
All over the guide was talking about how fit she is with the weapon. Not only boosting her own potential with Bleed DMG but also providing Physical DMG for team!
Not every valk can use this weapon effectively, TP and LK don't use Combo ATK too but it's still a good alternative choice for them!
Weapon Comparison
Seriously in EX you don't have any better choice but to roll for her signature Pri-arm.
In Master Tier, Zither's Lament surprisingly took the crown cuz of high DMG boost for team! Blood Embrace even though focusing on Bleeding, still has no chance!

Conclusion
Elysian Astra: Heart's Color is an powerful Pri-arm Cross conentrating on Bleeding and designed for Physical Supporters, especially Starry Impression!
It's almost exclusive for Griseo if you really want to optimize its potential due to the Bleed DMG, as Griseo is the only one focuses on it that much! If you can meet the requirement of Combo ATK/Ultimate, it's still a good choice using Astra Pri as alternative weapon!
If you are in Master Tier, it's fine to use Zither's Lament as it's more flexible, but if you really want to focus on Griseo and planning on EX Tier, go pull for this weapon now!
