Hello there. In case you have no access to the PRI-ARM version, here is an analysis for the base weapon, Elysian Astra.
Introduction
Elysian Astra is a brand new Cross type weapon introduced in version 5.8. It was released alongside Starry Impression as her signature weapon.

Skill Analysis

Elysian Astra's active skill works like any other cross. The initial landing deals 400% ATK of Physical DMG to enemies in range. When unleashed, the cross immediately inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma, and further deals 40% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies for 12 more times.
When this cross lands, Griseo's evasion skill is also activated. Her evasion skill grants a stack of Prismatic Bubble, which can negate any incoming damage once.

For the passive, Elysian Astra increases the wielder's Combo ATK and Ultimate TDM by 25%. Having this weapon equipped also grants the entire team a juicy 15% unconditional Physical DMG increase.
Alternatives
What if I do not want Elysian Astra? Or could not pull it in time? Fear not, we shall compare it to other similar Cross weapons.

Comparison
I attempted to compare the various usable Crosses with their damage outputs. These include Starry Impression's Elysian Astra and the aforementioned list of weapons.

All 3 combatants are equipped with their signature sets, and have full 46 x 3 ATK affixes. No ELFs or Emblems were used. The rotation is as follows:
HoS Weapon Active + Evade + Spear > Griseo QTE + Weapon Active + Ultimate > HoS Ultimate > PE QTE + Ultimate + Evasion Skill + Charged ATK till bar depletes (Knight Form) + Weapon Active + Charged ATK (Guardian Form) + Weapon Active
Note: There might be slight damage discrepancies due to the unpredictable nature of Physical DMG.

As Elysian Astra is Griseo's signature weapon of choice, it will naturally perform well. Zither's Lament is a close second, and could well have came out top should every hit crit. Shockingly enough, Silver Reaper performed better than expected! This craftable foundry weapon can surely sustain a budget Griseo build. Blood Embrace and Hekate's Gloom fall behind slightly as they do not possess any team support capabilities, with 11th Sacred Relic being the worst amongst all without any self or team DMG buff. That being said, 11th can still be used to buff the team's Crit Rate.
Conclusion
If you are a competitive player or collector, then Elysian Astra will certainly pique your interest. As a weapon for supporting bleed lineups, it is a better Blood Embrace with a higher DPS potential too. Also, by unlocking this weapon allows for the possibility to craft its PRI-ARM, which is significantly more powerful and has more utility! However, should you be tight on a budget or is satisfied with unlocking just Griseo, then the alternative weapons listed above will be comfortable options.
