Hello! In case you have access to the PRI-ARM version of Elysian Astra, let us compare its usefulness with other PRIs, shall we?
Introduction
Elysian Astra: Heart's Color is a brand new Cross type PRI-ARM weapon introduced in version 5.8. It was released alongside Starry Impression as her signature weapon.

Elysian Astra: Heart's Color active skill works like any other cross. The initial landing deals 600% ATK of Physical DMG to enemies in range. When unleashed, the cross immediately inflicts 10 Bleed Trauma, and further deals 60% ATK of Physical DMG to nearby enemies for 12 more times. This active skill is directly upgraded from Elysian Astra.
When this cross lands, Griseo's evasion skill is also activated. Her evasion skill grants a stack of Prismatic Bubble, which can negate any incoming damage once.

In addition, this PRI-ARM allows Griseo to automatically cast her weapon active during QTE.

For the passive, Elysian Astra: Heart's Color increases the wielder's Combo ATK and Ultimate TDM by 35%. Having this weapon equipped also grants the entire team a juicy 20% unconditional Physical DMG increase.
Light and Colors

The PRI-ARM introduces a new skill. With Light and Colors, the wielder's Bleed DMG is increased by 20%. She also deals a one-time 5 x 140% ATK of Physical DMG attack against a bleeding enemy. If the enemy has its shield broken or does not possess a shield, this weapon inflicts a 8% Physical DMG vulnerability lasting 22 seconds until it is refreshed again. Teammates greatly appreciate this effect.
Alternatives
What if I do not want Elysian Astra: Heart's Color? Or could not pull the base weapon in time? Fear not, we shall compare it to other similar PRI-ARM weapons.

Comparison
I attempted to compare the various usable Crosses with their damage outputs. These include Starry Impression's Elysian Astra: Heart's Color and the aforementioned list of weapons.

All 3 combatants are equipped with their signature sets, and have full 46 x 3 ATK affixes. No ELFs or Emblems were used. The rotation is as follows:
HoS Weapon Active + Evade + Spear > Griseo QTE + Weapon Active + Ultimate > HoS Ultimate > PE QTE + Ultimate + Evasion Skill + Charged ATK till bar depletes (Knight Form) + Weapon Active + Charged ATK (Guardian Form) + Weapon Active
Note: There might be slight damage discrepancies due to the unpredictable nature of Physical DMG.

Elysian Astra: Heart's Color wins without much surprise. The buffs it provides to the team are very useful when paired with Griseo and Cezanne. Hekate's Gloom is a good alternative to her signature weapon as it is also able to inflict Physical vulnerability on enemies hit. 11th Leitourgia only provides Crit Rate when equipped on Griseo... In addition, both alternatives do not possess the signature's auto-cast active skill upon QTE effect, which might affect fast clearing on certain stages.

Conclusion
Elysian Astra: Heart's Color is a weapon tailored for Starry Impression, and its skills justify this notion. Without much competition from rival PRI-ARMs, this weapon is a must get to build a strong Griseo. Of course, Hekate's Gloom can serve as replacement if you are tight on budget.
