Introduction
Depicter Impression (Cezanne) is a new stigmata set introduced alongside the release of the Starry Impression battlesuit. It offers the team both Physical and TDM buffs with trigger conditions that are not too difficult to achieve.

Skill Analysis

Figure 3. Cezanne (T) effect.
The top piece increases the wielder's Physical DMG by 15%. It is also able to boost Ultimate skill damage by 27% for any teammate, though with a 10 second cooldown. This means that if teammate A casts her ultimate, teammate B will have to wait 10 seconds before her own ultimate can enjoy the 27% bonus.

HP: 483 DEF: 199 CRT: 8

The middle piece is more tailored to the wielder's usage instead of the team. Having a 25% increase to the amount of bleed afflicted on enemies means more damage sustained overall. Griseo especially enjoys this increase due to her bleed oriented kit. The stigmata seems to understand how important bleed damage is, thereby adding a 20% increase to Bleed DMG whenever the wielder bleeds enemies (phew, so much bleeding).
Note: The default damage sustained by enemies when Bleed Trauma is filled is 40% ATK of Physical DMG every 0.5 seconds over the course of 10 seconds.

HP: 362 ATK: 64 DEF: 66 CRT: 16

The bottom piece has a more general usage. By using a Combo ATK, enemies hit will receive "Structure Outline", making them receive 36% more TDM for 6 seconds. This effect has a 16 second cooldown. All characters then gain an enhancement of some sort. When the wielder of this stigma exits the stage and another character switches in, the enhancement is removed and extends the TDM vulnerability by 1.5 seconds in return. If this character exits, the subsequent character is also subject to this effect. However, this extension only stack twice, thus you cannot stack the effect forever.

Figure 9. Cezanne 2-set effect.
Cezanne's 2 piece effect grants the wielder stacks that will gradually accumulate over time as she deals Bleed DMG. At 10 stacks, it is automatically cleared and returns a 500% Physical DMG dealt to enemies increment. This bonus has a 5 second cooldown. As this debuff applies to the enemy, it allows for your teammates to deal more damage!

The 2 piece has a second effect - if Griseo is equipped with Cezanne B and another piece, her Ultimate will inflict Structure Outline too. Furthermore, after Structure Outline ends, another better Structure Outline begins! Essentially, enemies will have 36% Physical vulnerability for around 18 seconds.

The 3 piece effect has two simple and effective effects. Firstly, the wielder obtains 35% attack speed, making her attack animations faster. Secondly, after the wielder activates her Ultimate skill and the enemy has broken or no shield, the team will gain a maximum 10% TDM increase against it (Griseo easily enables 5 stacks of Bleed after unleashing her ultimate).

Alternatives
There are quite a number of alternative support stigmata. These are some of the usable stigmata options apart from Cezanne, or part thereof.

Figure 13. Stigmata that can replace Cezanne, probably.
Note: Theresa: Origins and any weaker support options are not included as their support capabilities are very limited. Tesla Band T Beethoven MB is excluded as well because it does not buff all valkyries after Griseo's exit.

Comparison
I attempted to compare the various usable stigmata with their damage outputs. These include Cezanne and the aforementioned list of stigmata.

Figure 14. Lineup for testing.
All 3 combatants are equipped with their signature sets, and have full 46 x 3 ATK affixes. No ELFs or Emblems were used. The rotation is as follows:
HoS Weapon Active + Evade + Spear > Griseo QTE + Weapon Active + Ultimate > HoS Ultimate > PE QTE + Ultimate + Evasion Skill + Charged ATK till bar depletes (Knight Form) + Weapon Active + Charged ATK (Guardian Form) + Weapon Active
Note: There might be slight damage discrepancies due to the unpredictable nature of Physical DMG.

Figure 15. Damage comparison.
Collected Data:
Full Cezanne - 7967008
Cezanne TB Beet M - 7958520
Tesla Band T Cezanne MB - 7810688
Candy Mei Noot - 6667368
Full Holmes - 6516688
Full Shuijing - 6320248
Both the 2nd and 3rd choices performed similarly to the recommended set, with the rest falling seeing a 16 to 21% drop in efficacy. Do note that Beethoven M only supports melee valkyries.

Conclusion
Should you pull Cezanne? Yes, and no. Yes if you are planning to invest in Griseo and if you are very competitive. No if you are on a budget or saving for some other character or equipment, because Griseo on her own can inflict bleed and buff the team by her own skills. Cezanne is a good upgrade which provides amazing effects mainly focused on bleed, but there are other options out there that can replace it albeit at a lower damage output.
