After opening Chest No. 1, turn to your right and you should see an Electro barrier. Get an Electrogana from nearby and enter through the barrier and climb up. You should be able to find the Common chest then.

Obtain an Electrogana and interact with the sword. A samurai will appear. Defeat him and the chest will appear.

Fort Mumei

Hop into the ruins and dig.
3. [Common] Electro Seelie
4. [Precious] Guarded chest
Yet another Precious chest guarded by an Iwakura samurai. Defeat him.
5. [Exquisite]
This chest appears after solving a tiles puzzle. You should be able to see the switch mechanism on the ground.
6. [Common] Electro sword
Again, get an Electrogana and interact with the sword.
7. [Exquisite] Guarded chest
8. [Luxurious]
Pretty sure there are lots of guides on how to get this chest but I'm still going to show you the steps [emoji]
First, interact with all 4 Lost Texts at different locations.
Location #1
The place is surrounded by an Electro barrier. Solve the cube puzzle to deactivate the Electro barrier. Follow the arrow and you should be able to find the Lost Text to interact with.

Location #4
After interacting with all 4 of them, travel to the lone island between Yashiori island and Kannazuka island. The Luxurious chest should appear as you approach the spot. If it doesn't, just run around the island for a bit and it should appear :)
