Male Herrscher of Thunder Cosplay

My Herrscher of thunder original concept! I don't have Mei's... sleek physique, So I did a little tweaking to fit a more masculine body shape, and incorporate some armor elements for a little flair, with some Jizo thrown in for some added red spice. It fits pretty well with Mei, right? Photos by @PndaNoodlez and @Edge.Pixel on IG!
