▲ What is the Pity System and how does it work
The pity system consist of that after a certain number of pulls, players are guaranteed to receive 4⭐ or 5⭐ weapons or characters.
Pity system in Genshin Impact works like this:
Beginner Banner: Roll 10 times to get a guaranted 4⭐ character or weapon.
Limited Banner: Roll 10 times to get a guaranted 4⭐ character or weapon and 90 times for a guaranted 5⭐
Weapon Banner: Roll 10 times for a guaranteed 4⭐ character or weapon and 90 times for a guaranteed 5⭐.
Standard Banner: Roll 10 times for a guaranteed 4⭐ character or weapon and 90 times for a guaranteed 5⭐.
There is another type of pity called soft pity which starts around the 75th roll. This is where the chances of getting a 5⭐ character or weapon begin to increase.
Pity carries over from banner to banner of the same type, So, if you roll 75 times before a new banner drops, those rolls will carry over.
Character, weapons and Standard banners don’t share the same pity.

The content of each banner differs slightly, but this difference is the key to making sure you get the characters you want.
➝Standard Banners
The standard banner is the permanent Standard Wish with no time limit, because the weapons and characters it contains don’t change very often.

This banner contains these characters and weapons:
➝ Limited Banners
This banner is recommended to roll because it contains a limited character or limited weapon, that has rate up also it has rate up for 4⭐ characters or weapons (depends where you wish on).
• Rate up means you have a much higher chance of getting that character than the ones without a rate up.
▲ The Limited Character Banner contains:
• Limited 5⭐ character with rate up
• Standard 5⭐ characters without rate up
• 4⭐ characters with rate up
• The other 4⭐ character* **pect without rate up
• 4⭐ and 3⭐ weapons without rate up
To get a guaranted limited 5⭐ character at yours 90 pull you need to spend 14,400 Primogems. If you don't get a limited character at your 90 pull, you need another 14,400 primogems (28,800 in total), to get it at your 180 guarante pull.
The Limited Character Banner also has a mechanic called 50/50, where if you don’t get the limited character as your first 5⭐ the next 5⭐ you get is guaranteed to be the limited 5⭐ character. It's only work on limited character banner
▲ The limited Weapon Banner contains:
Two 5⭐ weapon with rate up (These weapons can be limited or non-limited)
Standard 5⭐ weapons without rate up
Standard 4⭐ characters without rate up
4⭐ weapons with rate up
4⭐ and 3⭐ weapons from standard without rate up
Please note that, standard weapon can have rate up to!
The Limited Weapon Banner has a mechanic called Epitomized Path, players are given the means for a guaranteed pull for the weapon they picked. However, to get this guaranteed pull, you have to pull a 5⭐ weapon 3 times in total, where the third pull will be the weapon you selected. This is assuming that the first two pulls are not the weapon you want.
