1. The Fox Statue will light up after answering the riddle during the Quest (1st- "In the name of Narukami's envoy.", 2nd- "And of the Hakushin bloodline", 3rd- "Bring forth the fried tofu!").
2. Use the Memento Lens on the smaller Fox Statue to the right.

Will spawn after the Seelie returns to its Statue.
Location (Seelie):
1. Use the Memento Lens on the Fox Statue next to the barrier.
2. Follow the Seelie until it returns to its Statue to spawn the chest.
139. [Trapped Chest]
Accessible after removing the barrier in 'Orobashi's Legacy: Part I' Quest and pressing 'Start' on the mechanism to open the gate.
