141-144 is part of the 'Sakura Arborism' Quest. Use Elemental Sight near each Thunder Sakura and let the lightning strike each source.

148-150 are obtained by completing tasks given by Hanayama over the course of 3 days. First complete 'Tatara Tales' in order to speak to her.

After protecting the flowers, by defeating 2 Electro Whopperflowers (on the 2nd day).

Give 3 Sweet Flowers to Hanayama on the 3rd day.
151-155 are based on ones accessible during the 'Sacred Sakura Cleansing Ritual'.

Will unlock after defeating 2 Electro Slimes and 1 large Electro Slime that spawns when close enough.
