Hey, Captains! Today we are going to be taking a look at the Flower of Origin set: Elysia: Pristine introduced in v6.0. The Elysia: Pristine set is a Ice set released alongside and also tailored for Herrscher of Human: Ego. In this guide, we will review the set’s functionalities and where it excels best at. For the sake of convenience, the following will be abbreviated in this guide:

Elysia: Pristine (T) - [HP: 376; ATK: 114; DEF: 66]
T-pc has 2 passives and 1 triggerable buff; 20% TDM, 35% Ranged Ice DMG (Herrscher form only), and 20% Ice DMG for 10s (after using Weapon’s Active).
Although the conditions for using this piece aren’t too difficult, there’s only a limited number of battlesuits who can utilize the piece.
Elysia: Pristine (M) - [HP: 507; DEF: 199; CRT: 5]
Provides a 20% Ice DMG passive and (while Herrscher Form) weapon skills also inflict 15% Ice Vulnerability. The 15% Ice Vulnerability effect is very powerful, thus making the M-pc the best out of the 3 stigmatas.
HoHE is always in Herrscher form; either in Herrscher of Human or Herrscher of Origin form. For HoR, she needs to either be in using her Charged ATK or in Burst Mode. It’s possible to proc the M-pc with HoR if you use a Weapon’s Active and quickly enter Herrscher Form before the weapon skill lands.
Elysia: Pristine (B) - [HP: 410; ATK: 60; DEF: 110; CRT: 8]
Effects are pretty self-explanatory, but the mix of Ice DMG and Total DMG buffs is a nice touch.
Since B-pc doesn’t require Herrscher, Silverwing: N-EX can consider EP (B) as a stig option. (Haxxor Bunny is a support so she wasn’t considered.)
Set Bonuses
Provides 25% TDM (Herrscher form only), 20% Total DMG Reduction, and 15% Ranged Ice DMG (after landing 8 hits).
The slow-hitting HoHe needs her signature weapon to proc the 2-pc effect. HoR, on the other hand, has several options between weapon skills, her basic atks, or her Burst Mode’s Hover Guns.
The final effect of the set provides 25% Ranged Ice and 35% Total DMG bonuses and a 30% reduced Weapon Skill CD. Between HoHE and HoR, the 3-pc effect helps HoHE more. A crucial aspect of HoHE is setting off Ego Blossom, to which she needs to land Weapon Skills. The 3-pc effect enables her for better performance in longer battles.
✦ Stigmatas Comparison ✦
EP is the newest Ice DPS stig-set, meaning there will be a lot of potential stigmatas to compare it against. Stigmatas that boasted Ice DMG, with consideration to HoHE and HoR’s playstyles, were selected for testing.
✦ Team Composition(s)
Since both HoHE and HoR can utilize EP, they will both be testing the listed stigmatas.
✦ Test Results
For HoHE, the best set is EP TMB. No other full set came close to it and even the substitutes fell behind by at least ~6.5%.
When it comes to the best F2P set for HoHE, I’d recommend Robert Peary TM + Irene Adler B over Ana set. Since both sets perform about the same but Ana set requires close distance, it may be difficult for HoHE to consistently output good DMG with Ana set.
As for HoR, Ana TMB is still the best for her. Since HoR isn’t fully ranged, she cannot make good use of EP. Both Welt Yang set and Ana set are better choices for her.

Herrscher of Human: Ego (HoHE)
HoHE is the best choice of host for EP. When considering the trigger conditions for EP’s effects, HoHE should prioritize using her Weapon’s Active skill and landing 8 consecutive hits. Thankfully, Key of Ego and Domain of Ego both have built-in effects that can perform fast 10-hits of Ice DMG. Once performed, the Ranged Ice Herrscher will be able to enjoy all benefits EP has to offer.

✦ Closing Thoughts ✦
EP is an Ice DPS set that limits to a host with a Herrscher form and deals ranged ice DMG. EP is capable of providing its host with Ice DMG, Ice Vulnerability infliction, Total DMG, and reduced Weapon’s Skill CD. If you wish for your Herrscher of Human: Ego to fight at her best, it’s highly recommended that you obtain Elysia: Pristine.
