Secrets

Drifting in the Wind
Break the tumblling plants you see roaming the desert of Sumeru.

Before My Time
After entering the hospital in the Archon Quest, you can find an Ancient Key lying nearby.
Use this to open the cabinet by the basement hatch.

Escape from the Hospital
One Flew Over the Sick Men's Rest
Outside of the hospital, you'll find a pit with rocks on the bottom.
Plunge attack through the rubble, and you'll find a cave.
Continue to go through the cave, breaking through rubble, and you'll make it outside.
Interact with the Severely Eroded Hoe and get this achievement.

The Illusory City
****tered around the deserts are some mirage ruins.
Objects, like the trees above, fade in and out depending on distance.
Visit any one of them and you'll get the achievement.

What's the Password?
Right by the large gate and mechanism will be a female Eremite.
She'll have a marker over her head.
Steathily follow her and you'll get the password to open the gate.

Scarlet Reign's Great Red Sand
There are 3 obelisks around Sumeru.
I've marked them in red.
I've also marked their entrances in orange.
You should first complete the "Great Slumber" world quest to enter them.
Each of the entrances are underground.
The one by Abdju Pit is in the same caverns as the first part of Great Slumber.
The achievement "What's the Password?" above should lead you to the south obelisk.
For the last, there should be a Primal Ember in the tunnels.
Lead it to its destination and you'll find the entrance to the third obelisk.

Beyond the Shadow of Time
You'll see these murals on ruin walls throughout the desert.
They're all above ground.
At day, they'll look hazy and you can't touch them.
At night, you can interact with them.
There's 2 at each of the spots marked above.
After you touch all 10, you'll get the achievement.

The King of Four Lands
There are 3 Transparent Ruins that give a record and 1 more with chests.
Visit each of them and solve the puzzles inside.

How Do You Write the Excavation Report?
I'm not sure if you have to do a specific ruin for this one.
I received mine from a ruin near The Dune of Magma.
Once you make it through, you should get the achievement.

Encore!
Before getting full clearance, I wasn't able to open up Khaj-Nisut again.
If you have full clearance, you should be able to return.
You'll have to solve the puzzle again, but you'll get a Luxurious Chest and this achievement for doing so.

The End of the Corridor
After getting full clearance, you will be able to access new areas.
At 5 locations, there will be a boss Primal Construct.
Each one will drop a Glinting Component upon defeat.
Use all 5 to open this door found in an opening straight from the teleport waypoint.

A Well-Trained Archaeologist
There are a total of 10 Primal Obelisks.
3 are on the surface.
7 are underground.
Keep in mind that this achievement requires completing the previous one "The End of the Corridor".
To restore the Primal Obelisks, you'll need a total of 60 Sacred Seals.
As long as you find the obelisk, you should have an option to "Mark Sacred Seals".
This will put the location of the seals on your map.

Combat

The Invisible Hand
When it turns invisible, you can still see a faint shimmer where it is.
Avoid using Electro and defeat it while it's invisible!

Nanomachines, Son!
The Jadeplume Terrorshroom will charge up a special attack when you use Electro on it.
Avoid using Pyro or Cryo.
Weaken it as much as possible before filling up the bar.
Once its bar fills up, it'll unleash the attack for a few seconds.
Defeat it in that time!
If it collapses, then you ran out of time.

Stop It, Mr. Robot!
The Aeonblight Drake will sometimes charge at you.
Aim low and hit its head to interrupt it.

Establishing a Beachhead
The Matrix will go invisible.
If it stays invisible long enough, it will overclock.
The time remaining to overclock will be shown as a bar over the components it tosses out.
Avoid using Electro or just don't attack at all.

Commissions

Doctor's Handwriting
Commission: Good Medicine is Hard to Come By
Maruf will ask you to get a recipe from Zakariya in Sumeru City.
Make sure that you remember the correct choices!
The recipe is random!
As long as you answer correctly, you should get this done.

One Step Too Far
Commission: Run, Hilmi, Run!
Let Hilmi win the race.

A Lingering Fragrance
After completing "Blooming Sands" from Raef, you'll unlock commissions from Nermin.
Nermin's commission, "Desert Bloom", has 3 variants.
Complete all 3 (Watering, Kitten, Zaytun Peach) and you'll unlock a new commission "Blooming Sands: Lasting Scent".
Complete that and you will get this achievement.
