Some of you guys may remember thatI made a working theory on Visions and how they relate to the Archons. It's evolved as new information comes out but overall the idea has stayed the same.
Last time I noticed how the elements have such an influence on Teyvat that even outlanders like Aloy fall in line with how it works. So it's a pretty safe bet that we can use this theory to predict how the future Archons we'll be meeting will act.
It has been a while since we got a new Hydro character but now that Kokomi is out she does fit with how I described the Hydro Archon. Kokomi is a strategist and if you played through her quest you can actually set her at ease by reading strategy books to her. Now that's dedication!
But thanks to Kokomi I think we might be seeing another personality trait of the Hydro Archon. I think she's an idealist. I think that's why she's more focused on diligence than an actual goal which is how I differentiated Hydro vs Geo.
Also why Dainsleif says this about her in the Travail Trailer: "The God of Justice lives for the spectacle of the courtroom." Keyword being spectacle.
Kokomi was fighting for Watatsumi. She hopes for a perfect life for her people. We've also seen that she's pretty naive when she's fixated on that when she's fooled by the Fatui to get a win over the Tenryou Commission.
Besides her we have Barbara who to this day doesn't realize Venti is Barbatos even though the dude literally uses Archon powers in front of her and then summoned a dragon and had it carry her and us to a mystery island nobody else knew about. Come on Barbara! -ahem- She's also really devout which gets her in trouble sometimes with Rosaria her polar opposite.
Xingqiu is also in this boat. Not only is he a dedicated writer he actually wants to be the heroes he reads about in other works.
On the other hand you have Mona and Childe. Mona's anything but naive and Childe's seen things so I don't know if he could be an idealist. That said Childe does sound more like one when we're talking about his family or the Tsaritsa and even if it might be an act Mona does sound very idealistic when it comes to astrology.
If we think about these personality traits along with the little we already know about Fontaine and its Archon we might be able to piece together a Super Super Early Fontaine Theory!
