JADE KNIGHT ELYSIAN REALM GUIDE
Welcome to my Elysian Realm guide. For this guide, we will check out the Elysian Realm performance of the new S Rank Valkyrie of version 6.1, Jade Knight. In this guide, we will be discussing her different ego signets, recommended signet builds, as well as good sigils and supports that work well with her. We will also look into her two gameplay builds and find out what gameplay suits you better.

Gear Options
For Jade Knight’s equipment, her signature weapon Nocturnal Stealth: Beam would be her best in slot choice
in Elysian Realm. An alternative choice would be Cosmic Duality. If you don’t own both, any 5-star gauntlets will do.
For Stigmata, Full set of Sushang would give you the highest DPS, followed by Willows Set. Other alternative choices would be Ana Shariac Set and Robert Peary TM/ Shakespeare B.

Jade Knight Ego Signets
Great Blade
This will be your main source of damage for Cloud Cutter build. This signet will allow you to cast Cloud Cutter 3 times instead of one, so you will deal 3 times more damage while also dealing extra Ice DMG to nearby enemies. Cloud Cutter can be further buffed by Cloudwalker.
Cloudwalker
Cloudwalker allows you to automatically cast Heart Piercer once your Blade Sanction drops to 0, so you don’t have to worry about missing out on the finisher if you keep mashing ATK. The main purpose of Cloudwalker however is it gives a buff to your Cloud Cutter. Cloud Cutter will generate Cloud Cut stacks that increases Ice DMG by 1.2% per stack capping at 100 stacks. This effectively gives you 120% Ice DMG on Cloud Cutter and Heart Piercer if you can maintain max stacks.
Shaft
While Great Blade and Cloudwalker buffs Cloud cutter, Shaft buffs Bolt Slash instead, greatly increasing its damage output while also providing additional SP on Back Wind Slash. This pairs well with Jade Moon and Smoky Waft.
Jade Moon
While it may seem like 3000% ATK is a lot, the majority of your damage will still come from Bolt Slash. Jade Moon
allows you to cast your Ultimate frequently as Back Wind Slash reduces its cooldown. It also allows you to spam Bolt slash for 5s after you cast your Ultimate and gives you an Ice DMG buff.
Smoky Waft
Smoky Waft is optional on Bolt Slash build and not needed for Cloud Cutter build. You can build up your Blade
Sanctions faster with this signet and hitting with Bolt Slash keeps your SP topped up.
Recommended Signets
Signets of vicissitude – Hua
Signet Priority: Old Dreams Again > Dark Garb no More / Long Trip > Lost and Found
Core: Suffering Mass (II)
Core 2 Hua is really important for Jade Knight specially on later floors as she lacks the flexibility to dodge attacks. On Cloud Cutter build, you are mostly stationary while doing DPS so the invincibility it provides helps a lot. It is also recommended to try getting the Broken Dreams enhanced signet as it increases vicissitude stacks by 20. Focus on picking Elemental Breach, Elemental DMG and Total DMG signets.
Signet of Stars – Griseo
Signet Priority: Red & Hot / Yellow & Warm > Blue & Cold > Black & Dark / Grey & Empty
Core: Faded Stars (II)
Core 2 Griseo is a staple pick for most Valkyries that can utilize weapon active, Ultimate and evasion. She can
benefit from all of these as she uses weapon active and Ultimate often and she can self-trigger her ultimate evasion when it’s at max stacks. Prioritize getting signets that can be applied for stacking debuff as it also works well with her Support Sigil.
Signets of Gold – Eden
Signet Priority: Recitatif of Eden / Recitatif of Creeks > Recitatif of Fine Jade > Recitatif of Fruit Trees
Core: Echo of Gold (II)
Core 2 Eden is a good pick for both builds but it is more beneficial on Bolt Slash build as it can generate SP
a lot faster than Cloud Cutter build. Total DMG and Elemental DMG normal signets are prioritized.
Signets of Discipline – Aponia
Signet Priority: First, no betrayal / Third, no brutality > Fifth, no falsehood
Core: You Shall Receive Disciplines’ Blessing (II)
Core 2 Aponia is a general great pick as her signets provides total DMG and enhanced signets provide good buffs
and debuffs including elemental breach. It is recommended to get her enhanced signets when available.
Signets of Bodhi – Su
Signet Priority: Motto of Pubbe-Nivasanussati / Motto of Dibba-Cakkhu > Motto of Iddhi-Vidha
Core: Dictum of bodhi (II)
Note that Bodhi signets are only recommended on Cloud Cutter build as building combo counts are harder with Bolt
slash build. As confusing as those normal signet names are, the general idea is to just get the DMG buff and debuff signets and pick another signet that increases combo count.
Signets of Decimation – Kalpas
Signet Priority: Blade, Grave, and Scar / Bone, Blood, and Ribbon > Path, Misfortune, and Written Fate > Letter,
Maniac, and Ravings
Core: Soldiers, Scissors, Spoils and Slaughter (II)
Kalpas core is completely optional, the DMG/hp loss normal signets can provide you with good damage buffs
early game if you run Blood Rose support. You can also just buy its normal signets on shop when available or when you have nothing else to pick.
Signets of Setsuna – Sakura
Signet Priority: Bountiful Blossom: Botan / Bountiful Blossom: Koyo > Bountiful Blossom: Fuji
Core: Setsuna Blade: Yasha (II)
Core 2 Sakura is optional, it only provides slight HP recovery for Jade Knight via Ultimate Evasion and just gives higher uptime for normal signets by forcing ultimate evasion. You can pick DMG buff and debuff normal signets if you run Cloud Cutter build as it requires you to do evasions to use Back Wind Slash.
Signets of Reverie – Pardofelis
Signet Priority: Merchant's Philosophy / Shiny & Valuable > Motto of Meow / Back-Curled Tail
Core: Empty Dreams, Self, Set, and Joy (I)
I personally don’t pick Pardofelis signets on my runs unless Merchant’s Philosophy and/or Shiny & Valuable are
on shop on Floors 5/6 as they can provide me with more coins in the long run.
Sigils and Supports
Support Sigil
Dreamful Gold (Eden)
Since Jade Knight can generate SP quite fast, you can frequently use this sigil to capitalize the free 50% total DMG buff that it gives while also benefiting on the damage it deals. This is very useful on Bolt Slash Build.
The Lonely Moon (Griseo)
This support sigil is really useful if you run multiple paints as this sigil can also apply all unlocked paints while dealing damage and providing 30% Total DMG to countered-type down enemies.
Support Valkyries
Lightning Empress
LE can provide you with the initial SP that you need so you can jump start your combo much faster instead of building your Blade Sanction Stacks first or Farming SP. Useful on Cloud Cutter Build.
Azure Empyrea
While you already have Wild Swords as your skill to gather enemies together, AE is still a great choice as aside
from her gathering ability, she still provides Elemental DMG buff, SP Regen and Elemental Breach.
Bright Knight: Excelsis
BKE is really important on later floors as Jade Knight lacks mobility while she is on her Sword Array, and she also can’t prevent enemies from attacking her aside from her ultimate evasion. BKE solves this issue as BKE can block all incoming damage temporarily giving her more survivability, especially on floors where the enemies are enraged like Heimdall.
Blood Rose
BR is your standard staple ER buffer. She goes well with Decimation signets and gives 60% Total DMG buff.
Recommended Builds
Cloud Cutter
Ego Signets: Great Blade > Cloudwalker
Recommended Signets: Vicissitude (II), Stars (II), Discipline (II), Bodhi (II)
Optional Signets (with or without core): Gold (II), Decimation (II), Setsuna (II), Reverie (I)
Support Sigil: The Lonely Moon (Griseo)
Support Valkyrie: Lightning Empress + Blood rose (Early floors) > Bright Knight: Excelsis + Blood rose (Mid to
late floors)
Gameplay:
If you have LE Support, do basic attacks until you reach 125 SP then use LE, cast Ultimate and enter Sword Array then spam Cloud Cutter. If you don’t have Cloudwalker yet, you have to exit manually before your Blade Sanctions run out.
You can refill your Blade Sanctions by casting Ultimate while on Sword Array so you can maintain the Cloud Cut buff from Cloudwalker. When your Ultimate Evasion is at max stacks, tap EVA to perform an ultimate evasion which you can then connect to Back Wind Slash. Back Wind Slash will be your source of SP and it provides great DMG buff.
Picking at least one DMG reduction signet is also recommended for more survivability if you struggle surviving on later floors even with BKE. A good choice would be from Decimation or Vicissitude as they are active all the time. Remember to switch to BKE support once you enter Felis shop the second time as dealing with Heimdall is quite hard without BKE.
Bolt Slash
Ego Signets: Shaft > Jade Moon > Smoky Waft(optional)
Recommended Signets: Vicissitude (II), Stars (II), Discipline (II), Gold (II)
Optional Signets (with or without core): Decimation (II), Setsuna (II), Reverie (I)
Support sigil: Dreamful Gold (Eden)
Support Valkyrie: Azure Empyrea + Blood rose (Early floors) > Bright Knight: Excelsis + Blood rose (Mid to
late floors)
Gameplay:
Do basic attacks until you have enough SP then cast Ultimate, enter Sword Array, then you can Spam Bolt Slash. You can also tap EVA first then cast Back Wind Slash but that would eat up a chunk of your time where your Bolt Slash don't have a cost. Cast Back Wind Slash once every 3-4 Bolt Slashes to refill your SP, reduce Ultimate CD (Jade Moon) and reset the Back Wind Slash buff.
If you have both Shaft and Jade Moon signets, you should be able to recast ultimate before your Blade sanction
runs out. If you can’t, you need to cast more Back Wind Slashes. Keep recasting Ultimate, spam Bolt Slash and Back Wind Slash and you will clear the floor in no time.
The Same with Cloud Cutter, it is also recommended to pick at least one DMG reduction signet if ever you are
struggling with survivability. Switching to BKE support once you enter Felis shop the second time is also highly recommended.
