Hello! In this guide I'll be looking at the 3 new core signets: Eden's, Sakura's and Su's, as well as the new enhanced signets that go with them. I'll go through which valkyries they work with and other synergies, and compare them to the old set of core/enhanced signets.

Sakura's Signets
- Overview -

This core basically allows any valkyrie to trigger their evasion skills on command every 10s. Because of this, it allows any character to be able to use Sakura's signets effectively, making her a more viable option for a lot of characters. Setsuna Blade: Karuma also does a good amount of damage, though can only be triggered every 10s during Isshun.
Something interesting to note is that evading in Isshun state triggers the effects of [Bountiful Blossom: Kiku], and will reset an evasion skill if one is in CD. It will also use an evasion charge if there is one, thought it's not required. If used without an evasion charge, Karuma will still trigger, but not the valkyrie's evasion skill.
This signet also comes with 3 new enhanced signets:

Upgrades:
+1 --- 200% Ice DMG > 240% Ice DMG
+2 --- 280% Ice DMG
+3 --- 320% Ice DMG
This signet is best with valks that can trigger evasions on demand, to get more damage and trigger Karuma more often. It won't see much use for those that can't trigger evasions themselves though.

Upgrades:
+1 --- 25% CD reduction > 30% CD reduction
+2 --- 35% CD reduction
+3 --- 40% CD reduction
This signet is also more for valks that can trigger evasions on demand, as they would be more likely to need CD reductions. Once again, you probably won't see much use otherwise, especially since Sakura's standard signet, [Bountiful Blossom: Kiku], works better.

Upgrades:
+1 --- 25% bonus DMG > 30% bonus DMG
+2 --- 35% bonus DMG
+3 --- 40% bonus DMG
This synergises well with [Shinra Bansho], and should be taken together if possible. It is also the only one of the 3 enhanced signets that would work decently with valks that can't trigger evasion skills themselves.

- Recommended Combos -
Like Sakura's other signets, it works best with valkyries that can trigger evasion skills on command, mainly due to the enhanced signets that can reduce CD and deal more damage with more evasions. This includes (but is not limited to):
Herrscher of Reason, Miss Pink Elf♪, Stygian Nymph*
*Stygian Nymph specifically works quite well, as her signet [Blessing of Intergrowth] refills all evasion charges after ult usage. This allows you to easily spam evasions, which, together with [Shinra Bansho], can trigger Karuma very often and turn it into a reliable damage source.
For most of these valkyries, either the new or old sets will work, it just depends on how you play. In particular, the old [Ame-Shiko] enhanced signet to reset Ult and weapon CDs could make the old set better, depending on the character.
Since the core allows any valkyrie to trigger evasions on command, it can really be used with anyone. Thus, it's good to take on runs when you don't really know what else to take. Or, if the RNG keeps giving you Sakura signets, this core should be taken over the other as it works with more valkyries.
Notably, this allows certain Elysia signets that require evasions, such as Fischl's [Blessing of Dark Wings], to be triggered easily, even if the characters can't normally do so. Though you probably shouldn't plan your whole build around it, it is a synergy to take note of if the opportunity comes up. Other valkyries with signets like this are Valkyrie Gloria's [Sol] and [Triumph], or Midnight Absinthe's [Raven Plume].

- Comparison -
It seems like this core set was meant to open Sakura signets as an option to more characters, which it does pretty well. It's a decent set, and depending on the valkyrie's evasion skill, could be really helpful. This new set is more flexible overall, while still favouring valks that can trigger evasions due to the enhanced signets. While some valks are still better off with the old set, the new one is a good all-round option if it happens to be available, though not a priority in most cases.
Like with Hua's Remembrance sigil [Resolve], Sakura's [Stained Sakura] buff only works with the old core set and not the new one, meaning there's no reason to carry it into the final boss if you take this set. The extra signet level does still work though.

Eden's Signets
- Overview -

The wording for this signet is a bit strange, so I'll try my best to explain it.
For every 1 SP you spend, you get 1 stack for Final Echo, and if you are not already in Final Echo state, spending SP triggers it. While you are in that state, your total damage increases by 8% per second, to a max of 160%. Being in Final Echo consumes stacks equal to the amount of time you have been in that state, eg After 1s it takes 1 stack, after 5s it takes 5 stacks and so on.
The increasing cost means that you can't stay in Final Echo indefinitely. The damage bonus is reset once it ends, so you ideally want it to last as long as possible. For the max damage bonus, it takes 20s, which would cost 210 SP to reach (1+2+3+...+20). The enhanced signets are all activated after 7s, and so would need a minimum of 28 SP.
This signet also comes with 3 new enhanced signets:

Upgrades:
+1 --- 300% ATK > 360% ATK
+2 --- 420% ATK
+3 --- 480% ATK
This signet gives some good, reliable damage, and could be useful early game to help you take care of enemies while you work toward buffing your own damage.

Upgrades:
+1 --- 2% debuff, max 40% > 2.4% debuff, max 48%
+2 --- 2.8% debuff, max 56%
+3 --- 3.2% debuff, max 64%
Enemy debuffs are currently rarely seen, and thus the multiplier is "undiluted". This basically means that currently, enemy debuffs will increase your damage output more effectively than buffing yourself. Additionally, any damage source (eg signets, support valks) will benefit from this, not just Valkyrie damage. This signet is therefore an effective way to increase your damage output, even if the % looks small. As this also debuffs enemies' ATK, this signet is also good defensively.

Upgrades:
+1 --- Restores 1% SP/s > 1.2% SP/s
+2 --- 1.4% SP/s
+3 --- 1.6% SP/s
To calculate the SP caps and regen amounts:
The lowest SP stat out of the current Elysian Realm valks is HoF at 140, followed by LK at 153 (according to my stats). With this, they would get at minimum +70 SP cap (210 total) and +2.1 SP per second.
The average SP stat is around 200 for a +100 cap (300 total) and +3 SP per second.
The highest to reasonably expect is 255 (SSS Valkrie Gloria or others), which is a +127 cap (382 total) and +3.8 SP per second.
It's a pretty good signet for SP regen, better than the un-upgraded normal Eden signet at worst, and better than the un-upgraded Kevin signet at best. The main use for this would be to increase the max stacks of Eden's other signets, which give buffs for every 10 SP, though since you'll also be spending it quickly I'm not sure how much it would help.
You can increase the amount of SP regen it gives with [Recitatif of Fine Jade], which increases the SP cap. The maximum possible regen amount, at +3 with a +3 [Fine Jade] and a base of 255 SP is, with a cap of ((255+45)*1.5) = 450 SP, 7.2 SP per second.

- Recommended Combos -
Since the focus is on spending SP, these signets work best with valks that have a burst mode that constantly drains SP, or those that just tend to spend a lot. This includes (but is not limited to):
Starchasm Nyx, Striker Fulminata, Argent Knight, Dea Anchora*
* Dea Anchora has a condition to work with this set, you can't have taken [Blessing of Brilliance]. This signet makes some of her ult attacks cost 0 SP, which cancels the synergy with Eden's set. (Guide coming soon!)
This set can also work well with valks that spend very large amount of SP at once like with a 125 SP cost ult, eg HoS, HoT. 125 stacks of Final Echo can get you to about 15s, which is quite good. Cheaper ults that are used more frequently can also work, like Ritual Imayoh.

- Comparison -
The new set is very focused on spending SP while the old one was more focused on SP regen, though high regen is still required. If you can stay in Final Echo consistently and have [Shrill Wind], you can get a good damage output from this. The total damage buff and the debuff to enemies is also nice, though since there's a cap and the SP cost keeps increasing, it's not infinitely powerful. In all, this new set is a good alternative to the old one, though not really if you tend to hoard SP and not spend it.
Eden's [Good Old Days] Remembrance Sigil also works better with this new set, as it promotes both spending SP and regen, as long as you pick up the SP pack.

Su's Signets
- Overview -

The core of this set is slightly similar to the old one, but trades a bit of damage for the benefit of boosting combo hit counts. This then allows all of Su's other signets to be triggered more often.
This signet also comes with 3 new enhanced signets:

Upgrades:
+1 --- Lasts 3s > Lasts 4s
+2 --- Lasts 5s
+3 --- Lasts 6s
This enhanced signet should be a priority, as the other 2 work based on the debuffs this one provides. It's unclear what the debuffs are specifically, but will likely help you both offensively and defensively.

Upgrades:
+1 --- 150% DMG > 180% DMG
+2 --- 210% DMG
+3 --- 240% DMG
This signet boosts the damage from the core signet specifically, which could be good if you're relying on it for damage. Otherwise, if your Valkyrie is doing more damage, [Anatman] might be a better choice.

Upgrades:
+1 --- 5% bonus DMG > 6% bonus DMG
+2 --- 7% bonus DMG
+3 --- 8% bonus DMG
This both extends the debuffs inflicted by [Santam], to a max possible of 9s if at +3, and slightly boosts damage taken by enemies. Personally, I would take this signet over [Anitya] for the extra debuff time.

- Recommended Combos -
Firstly, this works well with valks that can get a high combo hit count, like all other Su signets. This includes (but is not limited to):
Striker Fulminata, Twilight Paladin*, SILVERWING: N-EX
*Twilight Paladin works especially well with this, as the bonus combo hits help stack up Polarization Agents quickly.
Since it's unclear what counts as a 'debuff', I can't say this for certain, but valkyries/weapons that inflict things like ignite or bleed on enemies could also synergise well. Even Eden's new signet [Silent Night] could count as a debuff, and so might work together.

- Comparison -
Su's new set is better than the old one in nearly every way. The fact that the enhanced signets are more offensively focused helps a lot, and the extra combo hits triggering Su's other signets is worth the slightly lower damage anyways. The only thing the old signets may be better for is shieldbreak, but the current cycle is more elemental focused than physical.
Su's sigil [Heavy as a Million Lives] also works perfectly fine with the new set, so there's not much of a reason to take the old set anymore.

TL;DR
Sakura's new core: More versatile than the old one, but still favors valks that can trigger evasion skill on command
Eden's new core: High focus on spending SP, good for high cost Ults or bursts that constantly drain SP
Su's new core: Better than the old one in every way

I hope you like the banner title I made, I'll probably use them for any other new signet guides. I'm working on guides for Dea Anchora and Silverwing now, so expect them soon, and I promise I'll eventually get around to one for Sweet 'n' Spicy, I just currently have no idea what to do with her.
