I'll quickly go over parts of her kit that are important for her Elysian Realm gameplay.

Note: I will refer to Herrscher of Rebirth as Herrscher of Rebirth, HoRb or Seele in the following

- Life Binder and Soul Shaper form -

Herrscher of Rebirth has two forms: Life Binder form and Soul Shaper form.

Both forms have different Basic ATKs, Ultimates, and so on.

Tap [ULT] to switch forms.

- Special bar - Herrscher Charge -

The bar above her HP bar is called Herrscher Charge.

It starts at 0 and caps at 100, at 100 Herrscher Charge Herrscher of Rebirth can use her Combo ATK.

- Soul Shaper form Ultimate -

Soul Shaper's Ultimate inficts Dewy Twilight and Withering Frissure.

Without going into much detail, it provides DMG buffs.

Main thing it provides is enabling 75% Impair that can be activated by using a Joint Combo or Joint Weapon Skill.

- Joint Weapon Skills -

By clicking [WA] right after the regular Weapon Active you can use HoRb's Joint Weapon Skill.

(same goes for her Combo ATK and Joint Combo)

The Joint weapon skill can last 2 to 4 seconds, after 2 seconds tap [WA] to end the Joint Weapon Skill.

The rest should be self explanatory, so let's start

✦ Soul Shaper Form selected as default form. ✦

No matter whether Saha's World, Inseparable is turned on or off, HoRb will start in Soul Shaper form.

✦ When Herrscher of Rebirth triggers the SP regeneration effect from Saha's World, Insperable, if her SP is below 175, it will be increased to 175. ✦

This effect is triggered when triggering a Global Time Fracture, meaning usually when using her Ultimate Evasion Skill. This effect has a 25s CD.

This Adjustment enables the option to start off the fight with an Evasion - Ultimate as HoRb's Soul Shaper Ultimate costs 175 SP.

✦ When unleashing Combo ATK and Joint Combo, they are seen as re-summoning the respective form's summoned entity. ✦

This Adjustment enables Mobius' first core to be used for Seele.

✦ In Life Binder Form, Dewy Twilight's duration extends significantly. ✦

When using Soul Shaper's Ultimate and switching forms or using her Ultimate in Life Binder form the duration is extended to 999s.

Other Adjustments are either DMG buffs or the effect is obvious.

Her best weapon is her Signature weapon Life Harvester's Path: Shared Destiny

or alternatively the non-PRI Life Harvester's Song

In case you have it, Path of Acheron: Kindred is her second best weapon.

In case you don't have this either, use the weapon with the highest ATK you have.

✧ Stigmata ✧

Her best Stigmata are her signature Stigmata Seele: Herrscher of Rebirth (TMB)

Alternatively, Sirin: Ascendant (TMB) is a good option.

Otherwise just use no Stig-

Otherwise just use any Physical DMG Stigmata you have as long as Seele can trigger the effects.

Use your Ultimate whenever it's ready,

in case you have Blue & Cold or Setsuna Signets, use her Evasion whenever her Ultimate Evasion Skill is ready.

Note: Once 6.5 first half buffs get changed and the buffs don't give a lot of breach anymore, You Shall Follow Good is a higher priority than You Shall Punish Evil if you don't have 2-3 breach Signets already.
