BUDGET NAVIA GUIDE
SUMMARY
Navia is a 5-Star Claymore DPS character whose kit revolves around the Crystallize reaction and can deal a ton of Skill DMG! She can be used on-field for a short time thanks to the Geo Infusion from her A1 or you can play her as more of a Quickswap character
She typically prefers one Geo teammate (for Geo Resonance) and two teammates who enable Crystallize by providing off-field Elemental Application

Artifact Sets
- Nighttime Whispers in the Echoing Woods is her Best Artifact Set. It seems tailor-made (Taylor?) for her as it focuses on the Crystallize Reaction and increases Geo DMG Bonus! The 2pc Set also provides ATK %, which she can take advantage of
- She can also use 4pc Marechaussee Hunter if Furina is on her team. In a Quickswap team where Navia is expected to have very low field-time, 4pc Golden Troupe can also work to boost her Skill DMG!
- While farming, you can temporarily equip 2pc Sets such as: Archaic Petra (Geo DMG Bonus), ATK % Sets, 4pc Golden Troupe!
Main Stat & Substats
- The stats you're looking for on her build are typical for most DPS units with focus on ATK and CRIT Stats!
- She likes to have a bit of ER so she can consistently Burst and get Skill stacks back more easily!
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Serpent Spine - Battle Pass weapon with CRIT Rate substat. Passive will increase DMG with on-field time! This weapon has always been one of the top picks for DPS Claymore units
- Wolf's Gravestone - 5-Star Standard Banner weapon, ATK % stat stick. Can also boost the team's ATK %!
- "Ultimate Overlord's Mega Magic Sword" - Limited-Time Event Weapon happening now! The Passive grants ER substat that can eliminate any need for building ER on Navia. Its Passive increases ATK %. Additional ATK % increases are also available depending on how many Melusines you've helped on your journey! At R5 and maximum Melusine help, you can get +48% ATK from the weapon's passive
- Skyward Pride - Provides high Base ATK and ER
- Tidal Shadow - Fontaine Craftable weapon with ATK % substat. The Passive can also increase her ATK % as long as there's a healer on the team!
- Sacrificial Greatsword - At higher refinements, this is a solid 4-Star weapon option as its Passive can instantly end your Skill Cooldown, allowing Navia to deal a bit more damage (assuming she can keep accumulating stacks)!
- Other weapons that can work if you don't have any other weapons available:
- Blackcliff Slasher (Shop weapon with CRIT DMG substat and Passive that can increase ATK %)
- ATK % Stat Sticks: Luxurious Sea-Lord (Limited-Time Event Weapon), Prototype Archaic (Craftable), Debate Club (Beginner Friendly)
TEAM COMPS
Out of the currently available Geo units, the ones who are decent for supporting Navia's playstyle are Zhongli, Albedo, Chiori, Geo Main Character, and Ningguang as they help create Crystallize Shards!
If you have C6 Gorou, using a Triple Geo team becomes viable, but isn't the best for Navia herself. Similarly, Chiori is solid for Navia, but Navia is not as great for Chiori as a Geo Construct character would be!
- Generally, you will want 1 Geo teammate and at least 1 off-field Character, some examples include:
- Xiangling, Xingqiu, Yelan, Furina, Kokomi, Ayato
- Fischl, Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun, Kuki Shinobu, Lisa
- Charlotte, Layla, Rosaria, Ganyu, Kaeya, etc.
- When pairing Furina with Navia, consider a healer other than Bennett. Charlotte is a great teamwide healing choice here since she can apply Cryo off-field and can give Navia +20% ATK (Navia's A4 Talent)
- The last slot on your team can be used for a shielder for comfort if you don't already have Zhongli or a healer on her team!
- Bennett is a great teammate option since he can buff Navia's ATK. When paired with Xiangling, they can also provide extra ATK from Pyro Resonance!
- If you have Xianyun, you can also try Plunge Geo Navia for fun!
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wishd as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/90 (for additional CRIT DMG) & talent levels 8 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
