Herrscher of Finality is a rather old battlesuit (6.4 release) who got a new weapon and Stigmata set in 7.8.
The main focus of this guide will be how to clear Elysian Realm with her new divine key Waxing Moon: Incipience. If you're using an old weapon, please refer to another guide!
The Astral Ring mechanic has brought changes to her gameplay and also slight changes to her Signet choice, so let's talk about it! Also coming from the wall of text of Special Adjustments...
As for Stigmata, it generally goes the following:
Murata Himeko > Kiana Kaslana > Fu Hua: Ordinary Day > Iskandar
All sets should allow a smooth clear.

WA - Weapon Active / Weapon Skill

I'll quickly go over parts of her kit that are important for her Elysian Realm gameplay.

Special Bars
Kiana has two special bars, Time Waves and Descent
Time Waves (left) | Descent (Right points)
In Elysian Realm, start with 2 stacks of Time Wave and 0 Descent stacks.
Gain Descent stacks from doing Basic ATKs, maxing out at 8 stacks.
At 8 Descent stacks, hold [ATK] to perform a Combo ATK.
Fully stacked Descent
Combo ATK restores one Time Wave stack, maxing out at 2 stacks.
At 2 stacks, hold [EVA] to enter Absolute Time Fracture.
Fully stacked Time Wave
Absolute Time Fracture
At 2 Time Waves, hold [EVA] to enter Absolute Time Fracture for up to 30 seconds. During this time, all timers are stopped.
After performing 5 Basic ATKs in Absolute Time Fracture, automatically end it.
Go Kiana!
During Stellar Outburst or when activating the Ego Blessing of Final Moon, Ultimate is replaced with [Go Kiana!], which costs 125 SP.

These aren't all adjustments, but all new ones. These changes come with equipping the new divine key.

Stellar Outburst ➔ Tap Support battlesuits ➔ Absolute Time Fracture ➔ Basic ATK x5 ➔ ATF Finisher ➔ 6x [WA ➔ Combo ATK] ➔ repeat
Can skip the Basic ATKs in ATF and just instantly end it to save time, it barely add damage. Use Ultimate when available during Stellar Outburst.

Note: Ideal way to get Hua Signets is getting 1/2 in Shop when you can finish the core next floor to avoid stand alone Signets. Hua NEEDS her core. Can level Elemental Breach to +2 when you get Broken Dreams.
With the Signet reset function it is fine to enter Hua doors for Broken Dreams if it is your best choice.

Bountiful Blossom: Koyo (Total DMG taken)

Note: Only get these signets when having 2+ Egos. Otherwise, jump to Pardo. Can take Eden1 later.

This one is more complicated... I recommend to watch parts of the video to understand it more well.
Start off with:
Basic ATK x2 ➔ Absolute Time Fracture ➔ tap first Support Battlesuit ➔ tap [ATK] to trigger QTE ➔ tap second Support Battlesuit ➔ tap [ATK] to trigger QTE ➔ Basic ATK x5 ➔ Absolute Time Fracture ends automatically
General rotation:
WA ➔ Basic ATK x5 ➔ Combo ATK ➔ repeat, use Ultimate whenever available
✧ Do one WA before launching the first Ultimate.
✧ Rotation is way faster when evading after every 2 Basic ATKs.
When Stellar Outburst is up:
WA ➔ Basic ATK x2 ➔ Ultimate ➔ Basic ATK x2➔ enter Stellar Outburst ➔ Basic ATK ➔ Combo ATK ➔ WA ➔ Combo ATK ➔ back to general rotation
✧ Make sure to not use the Ultimate during Stellar Outburst unless it can still one hit. SO lowers the DMG dealt by the initial Ultimate hit.
✧ Around a second after the initial hit a second Ultimate hit triggers. when clearing a wave with the initial hit, use a WA instantly when entering the new wave to get the Weapon buffs for the second Ultimate hit as well

Firstly, both can clear perfectly well.
Her SO/Combo Build generally is way more consistent and has a lot of Time Slow. That allows any Stigs to clear as long as you have her weapon.
Her Nuke build can clear faster, but is also more inconsistent and relies more on 2 Egos.
Both have their pros and cons after all~

Go Kiana! 
Kiana already was pretty strong in ER without the new weapon, the divine key makes her a true monster in Elysian Realm.
Her Signets have changed a little, but the main differences are in the gameplay.
Oh btw, mixing both builds is possible. You just need to make sure outside of Stellar Outburst when ulting.
