Artifact Sets
- 4pc Noblesse Oblige is a great set for Dahlia, especially since he should be Bursting often!
- Alternatively, 2pc HP sets will help you reach his 40k HP goal
Main Stat & Substats
- ER is important for Dahlia as it helps him Burst consistently. Without his Burst, the team will not have his Shield or his ATK SPD Buff
- HP Stats are also good since it can help him get to 40k HP and thereby increase the ATK SPD buff he gives to the active character (A4 Passive)
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Favonius Sword - Always a great weapon option for Support characters. It will also help him fulfill Energy Requirements
- Other ER Weapons: Sacrificial Sword, Fleuve Cendre Ferryman/Pipe Sword, Skyward Blade
TEAM COMPS
- Dahlia's ATK SPD buff can be beneficial for characters like Ayato, Yoimiya, Wanderer, and Skirk
- Doesn't fit with most DPS' as of Version 5.7 - His Shield can be generally used, but since he lacks off-field Hydro application, another character like Yelan/Xingqiu/Furina may be better suited than Dahlia in many reaction teams
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for Max HP) & talent levels 1 / 1 / 8
- Potentially frees up resin that may be spent on talent domains to farm artifacts instead
