BUDGET CANDACE GUIDE
SUMMARY
Candace is a 4-Star Polearm Support character whose kit can grant Hydro Infusion to your active character and can also grant increased NA Elemental DMG
TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS
Candace leveled to 90/90 for Maximum HP and higher buff from her A4 Passive. You can choose to level up her Burst for a bit of personal damage or leave it unleveled to save on resources

Artifact Sets
- 4pc Noblesse Oblige is a good general Support set if the Main DPS is an ATK scaling character
- 4pc Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City only works with a Natlan character on the team, but is also a great Support set and helps with ER
- 2pc Sets can help build both HP and Energy on Candace
Main Stat & Substats
- Mainly want to build ER and HP on Candace
- ER helps her Burst off cooldown
- HP increases her A4's DMG buff
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Favonius Lance - likely her best 4-Star weapon option since it can provide Energy to the team and lower Candace's ER requirement
- Other ER Options: Skyward Spine, The Catch (fishing), Prototype Starglitter (Craftable)
- Rightful Reward - Craftable weapon with low HP substat, Passive can refund some Energy to Candace if the team has a healer
TEAM COMPS
Candace can work great in teams that appreciate her Hydro Infusion, increased Elemental NA DMG, and possibly Hydro Resonance or her C6's off-field Hydro Application
- NA DMG Dealers: Arlecchino, Hu Tao, Yoimiya, Skirk, Ayato, Mualani, Clorinde
- Candace can also work well on Nilou Bloom teams by granting Hydro Infusion to a character like Yaoyao
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 90/90 (for Maximum HP) & talent levels 1 / 1 / 8
- Potentially frees up resin that may be spent on talent domains to farm artifacts instead
