Artifact Sets
- 4pc Unfinished Reverie is the best 4pc Set option for Emilie since it relies on the Burning reaction and can work off-field
- 4pc Deepwood Memories is the next best option if no one else on the team has it equipped. Its provides valuable Dendro RES Shred
- Temporary 2pc Sets: Deepwood Memories (for Dendro DMG Bonus), Golden Troupe (for extra Skill DMG), ATK
Main Stat & Substats
- Emilie is primarily built with ATK and CRIT stats. The DMG Bonus she gets from her A4 Passive caps at 2400 ATK, so try not to build more than this
- A little ER can help Emilie get her Burst back, but she does not necessarily need to cast it very often and her Energy Cost is only 50!
WEAPON OPTIONS
- CRIT Weapons
- Deathmatch/Blackcliff Pole - Passives can provide ATK %
- Jade Spear - Mainly utilized for its CRIT Rate and high Base ATK
- Missive Windspear - Event weapon, provides ATK %, Passive can also give EM when she causes an Elemental Reaction
- Kitain Cross Spear - 4-Star Craftable, Passive increases Skill DMG
- Tamayuratei no Ohanashi - Event weapon that provides ER substat and ATK % through its Passive
TEAM COMPS
- Burning / Mono Pyro - Pyro / Bennett / Flex
- Kinich or Pyro DPS Characters: Arlecchino, Mavuika, Lyney, GaMing, Yanfei, Klee
- Typically Bennett is the best option for this since his ATK Buff will benefit Emilie/the DPS character and having a second Pyro character will enable Pyro Resonance
- Flex Slot can be an Anemo VV holder, Zhongli, Xilonen (with Pyro DPS), or another Pyro Support character (Pyro Traveler, Mavuika, Thoma, Xiangling, etc.)
- Burning & Melt (Cryo DPS / Pyro / Bennett)
- Cryo DPS: Ganyu, Wriothesley. Listing Kaeya/Rosaria/Chongyun as potential 4-Star options
- Off-field Pyro: Mavuika, Xiangling, Dehya, Pyro Traveler, Thoma
- Burning & Vape (DPS / Off-fielder / Bennett)
- DPS: Mualani, Neuvillette, Mavuika, Arlecchino, etc.
- Off-field Pyro or Hydro: Furina/Yelan (should be opposite of DPS character!)
- Burning & Quicken (Electro / Off-field Pyro / Flex)
- Electro DPS: Clorinde, Raiden Shogun
- Flex: Fischl or other Support/Buffer character like a second Pyro character
- She can also be used in Burgeon teams or less optimal comps like Nilou Bloom
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/90 (for additional CRIT DMG) & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
