I'm taking another jab at the trolls. Seriously the character banner conspiracies, the Yoimiya/Yae Miko conspiracy, CN are upset with MiHoYo conspiracies and of course the China is censoring the outfits conspiracy. It's so funny how easy they are to debunk. 
And if you don't think the plunging neckline and all that skin it isn't covering up isn't proof enough well
You've got it coupled with the bare back just like Ningguang's new evening wear and the leather pants with hip cut outs and the thigh cut outs coupled with Catwoman zipper.
Now obviously there's class to MiHoYo's designs where they tend to be lacking elsewhere in the gaming industry. So I'm not trying to say these outfits are meant to be ***ualized. But this is the internet. Even when Ningguang was totally covered up in her original outfit you had thirsty artists making some choice works. So while it isn't really meant for that level of fanservice what we can know for sure is that it 100% doesn't work out for any kind of censorship conspiracy theories going around.
Troll harder my friends. You guys make our enjoyment of this game even better by giving us a consistent dose of stuff to laugh at.
