2. Team Compositions
Primary Support - Impairer
It goes without saying that all Physical oriented teams require an impairer to reduce the enemies defense in order to maximize damage and Griseo is no exception.
Without an impair, Griseo's support may as well not exist, especially with rising disturbances.
Herrscher of Sentience

Herrscher of Sentience is still the prime imparier, and engine of physical teams. From her kit alone, she can offer crowd control, SP recovery, time fractures on demand, which helps Griseo set up her supportive combos.
It is actually recommended to get HoS (at least the Valkyrie) before considering Griseo's equipment because without impair, physical damage would drop a lot.
Triple Support team
As a damage dealer, HoS also enjoys the buffs provided by Griseo and another secondary support like Carole to get the best of all worlds.
Celestial Hymn

In memorial arena, CH and Griseo are great pairs as CH excels at quick swapping teams. Griseo’s ability to activate a time fracture right off the bat, along with her initial SP lead skill would enable most damage dealers to instant unleash their bursts.
Their crosses would not interfere with one another as much as they would in the Superstring Dimension.
Speaking of Superstring, for extended fights, the two are less synergistic because CH needs her cross to be on the field for SP regeneration and crit rate, whereas Griseo’s would aid in boosting the team’s direct damage.
Without SP regeneration, CH’s supportive capabilities are very limited, her self SP regeneration and normal impair are rather unimpressive. Still, depending on which cross is more important, you can simply start with Griseo, use her cross then switch to CH and override it to get a bit of both.
Divine prayer is sadly out of the question because her impair is uncontrollable and she offers nothing else for physical teams.
Competition - Secondary Support
Carole

Carole is still the superior choice when it comes to shield breaking as that’s the crux of her kit.
The only instance where the two would be paired together is if Herrscher of Sentience is the main damage dealer. Having stigmata sets that inflict impair is too much of a damage loss with the increasing disturbance to consider.
Starlit Astrologos

In a fight where only one SA ult is needed, SA would still beat Griseo. However, that is rarely the case nowadays, at least in SEA, where the bosses have become so ****y that SA has fallen off significantly.
Her biggest weakness is her SP appetite and disproportionately lower SP regeneration that also takes field time. Once Griseo is SS rank, SA can fully retire and maybe provide advice on the side.
Damage dealers
Bright Knight Excelsis

Bright Knight Excelsis, despite being over 2 years old is still going strong thanks to the advent of Abyss Flower and plethora of Bio bosses. Griseo’s extended buffs ensure that BKE’s rotation fully benefits from it, especially since Abyss Flower’s damage requires two cleaves to maximise.
Palatinus Equinox

Palatinus Equinox also benefits a lot from Griseo compared to Carole because 2/3 of her bosses are unshielded, making Griseo’s buffs more advantageous.
Elysia - Ms Pink Elf

Previously, Elysia needed an SP leader like Lightning Empress to help her cast an ultimate right off the bat, but outside of that, there is almost no synergy between them. Now, Elysia can enjoy SP benefits and physical damage buffs from Griseo! Talk about a strong psychic pair coming from the Flame Chasers!
Although Elysia's best bosses rarely appear, she more than benefits from her beloved Flame Chaser.
Twilight Paladin

Budget option to bright knight.
TP also inflicts bleeding on her own, and Griseo helps reinforce that.
One thing to be mindful of is that, their crosses cannot co-exist.
But you can work around that by pre-casting TP's cross to get the hitcount off then have Griseo's off for more damage.

Notes:
For every team here, Griseo is only the best lead in a memorial arena scenario, for superstring dimension, please adjust the lead according to the team. HoS can also use Cosmic Duality as an alternative to Domain of Sentience!

5. Final Remarks
The battlefield is Griseo’s canvas, every battle is a new artwork that she aspires to preserve.
Only then can her contributions become immortalised.
Perhaps that is what she has been yearning for all these years?
