I recommend you finish the quest 'Chisato's Letter' in order to freely leave Ritou.
1. [Locked Chest] Under a green tent
Will unlock after defeating 2 Nobushi and 1 Kairagi: Fiery Might.
Location:
2. [Hidden Chest]
Use elements like Pyro to break the pile of rocks to access (3 Electro Slimes will also spawn when close enough).
Location:
3. [Locked Chest] On a small island
Will unlock after defeating 1 Hilichurl, 2 Samachurls and 1 Mitachurl.
Location:
4. [Trapped Chest] Behind a barrier, near the boat
Summon an Electrogranum (directly above the barrier, on the ledge) and drop down quickly to pass through it to access.
Location:
5. [Open Chest] In a partly buried boat, next to a digging Hilichurl.
No requirements needed to access.
Location:
6. [Locked Chest] On a small rock
Will unlock after defeating 3 Treasure Hoarders.
Location:
7. [Open Chest] To the right of the gate
No requirements needed to access.
Location:
8. [Locked Chest]
Will unlock after defeating 3 Treasure Hoarders and 1 Nobushi.
Location:
9. [Locked Chest] In between a torch and a campfire
Will unlock after defeating 3 Nobushi.

10. [Trapped Chest] Inside a barrier, next to a shrine
1. Defeat 2 Electro Whopperflowers that spawn when close enough to be able to summon the Electrogranum.
Location (Electrogranum):
2. Quickly run to the barrier and pass through it to access the chest (3 Electro Slimes will spawn).
Location:
11. [Locked Chest] On top of a small box
Will unlock after defeating 2 Nobushi.
Location:
12. [Locked Chest] Behind 2 torches and a campfire
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hilichurls and 1 Mitachurl.
Location:
13. [Locked Chest] Under a tree
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hydro Slimes that spawn when close enough.
Location:
14. [Locked Chest] Next to a campfire
Will unlock after defeating 3 Nobushi.
Location:
15. [Locked Chest] On a small ledge
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hilichurls and 1 Mitachurl.
Location:
16. [Locked Chest] In the middle of the water
Will unlock after defeating 3 large Cryo Slimes and 1 Cryo Abyss Mage.

17. [Trapped Chest]
Use elements like Pyro to break the pile of rocks to access.
Location:
18-20 are based on ones accessible via the World Quest 'A Strange Story in Konda' (you can still get these after you finish the quest).
Quest Location (Start):
Descend the old well to access these chests.
18. [Spawned Chest] On a lower platform
Will spawn after following the Electro Seelie until it no longer moves.

19. [Open Chest] On a small lower platform, in a corner
Location:
20. [Open Chest] Near the gate visible from the shore, on a ledge
Location:
1. In the room with the puzzle and Shrine, summon the Electrogranum (right side).
2. Quickly climb up the vines to pass through the barrier above.
3. Climb up the second set of vines, then climb the set of ladders to reach the gate.
4. Turn around, and glide to the ledge on the right to access the chest.
