Ok all cards on the table I was already spoiled about her a while ago because Rule 34 is a thing on the internet and when you come up with a bombshell like this girl she's first on the chopping block lol
Anyway she's gorgeous. You can see the Pyro Vision on her belt and she basically looks like an Egyptian Beidou who was already among the hotties of Genshin.
But looks aren't everything. And I'm much more interested in her backstory being an Eremite. You guys might remember I talked about these guys a while ago. My other favorite delightful Sumeru character Nazafarin dropped tons of lore during her seemingly filler-tastic event while we were waiting on v2.7. That included the Eremite which is an Arabic word meaning hermit.
In MiHoYo's video they are described as an "ancient civilization in the desert" which serves my purposes very well. I claimed that with the basis of Sumeru on Persia that these hermits are inspired by the real-world Greek mercenaries that were often employed by Persia. Greek as it would relate to Genshin are the oldest humans whose unified civilization predated Phanes and his Heavenly Principles. From Dehya and the other Eremite we might learn even more about that part of Teyvat's past. (Or it could all lead into wild speculation because these guys could easily have forgotten about their history after all these generations and MiHoYo can throw us for a loop.)
Either way I'm looking forward to learning more about these guys.
