Step 1: Fish at least 3 Medaka.
You are likely to already have some from previous Versions.
If not, you can fish them almost everywhere.
You can find Monstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma Medaka in my previous fishing guide.
Here are the new Sumeru locations.
Step 2: Go to Loumelat, the Sumeru Fishing Association NPC.
She's located in Port Ormos.
Step 3: Purchase and craft Sugardew Bait.
Note: You craft 10 at a time!
Optional: Purchase the Fishing Line Stabilizer
This gadget will be handy! It makes fishing both faster and easier.
Step 4: Fish, fish, fish~!
