This luxurious chest requires multiple steps.
The starting location is in the room with the murals. When you inspect the murals, you will notice there is an option to light them using Star-Shaped Gem. You will first have to collect these stones in the underground area.
The gems can be found in exquisite chests hidden behind walls with the Thunderbird image. Unlock the hidden rooms by using the Peculiar Pinion next to the Thunderbird image. The locations of these are all found in the first chamber upon entering the underground area. If you need further information about this, feel free to leave a comment below.

Climb up to the floor above by using the tree branches, and you will see the exquisite chest.
Once you have obtained all the gems, you will be able to light the murals. This will release 3 E-seelies to the locations shown on the murals. I have also included a map with the locations below for your reference. Follow each of the E-seelies to the final location to obtain the luxurious chest.
