Hello Travelers!
Here is the latest installment in my luxurious chest series. The luxurious chests for this patch are more straight forward than the previous one. None are locked behind hidden quests as far as I am aware.

Watatsumi
Chest 1
Complete the arrow puzzle and follow the e-seelie. Then complete the nearby box puzzle and follow its e-seelie and the luxurious chest will spawn.
Chest 2
Unlock the underground ruins by completing the arrow and totem puzzle and diving into the the underground area. After fully unlocking the underground ruins, find the phase gate. Grab an electrogranum, and use the phase gate to get through the barrier. Then you should be able to access the chest.
Chest 3
Unlock the shrine of the depths.
Chest 4
Follow the e-seelie to is final destination. There are quite a few stops for this one, so I have included a few below. If you are having a hard time following the e-seelie, feel free to let me know and I will most more picture. It basically goes clockwise around Sangonomiya Shrine.
Seirai
Chest 5
Follow the seelie inside the ship. It will eventually lead you to a luxurious chest. Complete the turning puzzle to unlock it.
Chest 6
Complete the relay puzzle. Then follow the e-seelie, and it will lead you to the luxurious chest. Defeat the mechanical arrays to unlock the chest.
Chest 7
Unlock the shrine of the depths.
Chest 8
Defeat the hilichurl mobs in the surround area to unlock the electro totems. There will be 2 mobs that will spawn a common chest and one with an exquisite chest. Then light the electro totems and defeat the electro lawachurl to spawn the luxurious chest.
Chest 9
This chest is obtained through the Seirai Stormchasers World Quest. Use the electrogranums to glide to the very top.
Chest 10 & 11
Unlock the underground ruins by completing the pressure puzzle. Drop to the lowest level and follow the seelie, and it will lead you through a maze. To navigate the maze, open and close doors using their corresponding color button. (Alternates between red and gold). This takes a while, but your reward at the end is 2 luxurious chests and more!
Now you should have all 11 luxurious chests from Inazuma 2.1!
